Cottage Cheese and Natty Peanut Butter for the win but if you are not worried about the sugar or fat in the milk (ie you can fit them in your macros) I go for the Vitamin D Milk.
 
for a cutting diet i would say stay away from milk as a before bed shake. even if it is skim milk, still has the high lactose content. Water is king, although milk does taste better in most cases!
 
I drink a fair amount of milk. I used to drink Vitamin D, but now I think I'm going to buy 2% because I keep hearing how much extra fat is in the Vitamin D. Had one guy tell me that drinking Vitamin D is just like adding a stick of butter to your glass of milk. Plus I was looking at the labels the other day and Vitamin D milk had a little less protein.
 
Amazing how afraid some of you guys are of a little sugar (lactose) in milk.

I agree... God forbid you drink 12ozs of skim milk in a shake before you go to sleep... I mean the 130 calories, 18 grams of carbs, and 12 grams of protein... might as well just throw the diet out the window
 
im all about milk and milk only, it isnt a subject that will make that big of a diff as long as you get your protien, heard
