I think I might have misinterpreted the 5x5. Do you do 5x5 with the same weight or do you add weight from set to set?
ex1: 100 x 5, 100 x 5, 100 x 5, 100 x 5, 100 x 5
or
ex2: 85 x 5, 90 x5, 95 x5, 100 x 5, 105 x 5
If you add weight from set to set, then how do you do your weekly 5lbs increase? Do you base it on your heaviest set? or on your starting set?
