I sent out a MO last Friday with Delivery Confirmation (December 5th) and as of today (December 10th) still nothing. There was a Noreaster blizzard here Friday night/all day Saturday, but I am still getting a bit worried. What is the deal with money orders, can they be cancelled if you have a receipt?

Yes they can be cancelled as long as you show ID and the receipt that you should have torn off before you sent it. It is basically the same as putting a stop payment on a check

i would wait two weeks for shipment that is usually how long it takes especially if it comes from overseas
you have to be a little patient and trust that your source will come through

I'm sorry I should have specified; this is domestic, I shipped it USPS Priority.

i am sure that it will arrive shortly...i have read over on vipbb that priority mail is definately running slow right now...some guy's express pack took 4 days to get to where it was going...take care
