Monster's Insulin profile

TKs bro. Holy shit... 200g protein in 4 hrs. Do you divide 100 & 100 on hrs 1 and 3 or do you just slam them all at once. I need to grow and you said w/o large protein intake covered by slin u don't get max results. I have early morning workout so first meal would be like egg whites and chicken breast. Fucking lot of ew and chicken. What else do you eat with when covered by slin?

I agree that it's useless to try to gain and lose at the same time. Won't even try. Just want to keep bf in check.

I understand individual metabolism also has an effect on how to use slin. How fast is your metabolism. Mine is very fast and I have to eat every 2 to 2.5 hrs. Just want to compare if your metabolism is similar for timing and intake.

I'm stoked about slin and from what I understand it can be a great tool as long as I know how to use it.

You mentioned dc as a good 411. How can I get in touch...by pm?

Yeah man, i eat about 500grams for one day, ever since i started, iwe seen great additions in strentgh and size, so thats 2grams per 1 pound of bw.

It would go like this, shot carb drink+shake 50g protein. 1h after rice and tuna/chicken protein shoot for 80+g, 30min later shake 50 grams+apple, 1hour after 50grams shake.

My metabolism is not fast but not super slow either.

If you want to learn about DC training and nutrition, google ´´cycle for pennies´´ , imho greatest article on modern bodybuilding!

Looks like about 50% of day's protein is consumed within 2.5 hrs after slin. For you that leaves approx 250g protein to be divided among remaining meals. Would that be 5 meals at 50g each? EO meal could be a shake?

I dont worry about how many meals i get a day, i just worry about the protein ala dc. I snack a lot and prob have about 3meals a day.

Try and eat the amount of protein a day for a few weeks and i think you will like it.

I try and eat about 50% from food, and other 50% from shakes.

But yes 50% when the slin is active, so in about 3hours. Last meal is lean protein and veggies. Helps keep the fat away.

PLEASE BE CAREFULL I HAVE READ AND HEARD THIS IS SO DANGEROUS. DANGEROUS AS IN YOUR MOM GETTING A PHONE CALL A TO ASK ABOUT YOU DEAD ASS. MAN, PLEASE DO SOME MORE RESEARCH.

But on Saturday, August 10th of this year, Dustin's family found out something that they still find hard to believe. Dustin's sister Stacey went to his apartment after he did not show up for work. She found him dead, laying on his back with blood coming out of his nose and mouth that had been dried.

An autopsy revealed Dustin had steroids and insulin in his system, but he did not have diabetes. The insulin had eaten up all of his blood sugar and his insulin level was zero. Dustin's father says he was injecting the insulin in his stomach and the steroid in his groin so there were no marks on his body.

I HOPE OTHERS ASSIST YOU ON ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS IN REGAURDS TO THIS.

Thanks for that info, slin is definately dangerous. Just a quick Q though, do you think that a couple iu's of slin would be possibly deadly, assuming that i used only for PWO and along with plenty of fast acting carbs? (in my case maltodextrin). Looking for more feedback thanks

Bro that's what we are all here for...knowledge and understanding. Hope this thread will shed some light on slin use. This is no less dangerous than a loaded gun, but with discipline and respect for what it can do we still carry one. The immediate and possibly deadly effects of insulin make it a "more is not better" drug to use. Precise measurements and exact timing of nutrition are essential to the proper use of slin. That being said, study your own situation carefully. Assess your medical condition. Read, research and by all means ask questions...right here!
