more definition

hey whats up
i have been tryin to get a a more cut body but it seems that this is very hard for me. muscle packs on easy for me, i am a thick person by genetics, and it is easy for me to lose weight but whatever i do i can never get the definition that i want. my arms are always just big and no definition and same with my back. i try various excercises and different rep ranges but i never can get either my arms or back to get more defined. currently i am doing a 6 day split and also i am wondering if it would be better to do a three or four day split? thanks
 
i do a 4 day split with lots of cardio after and the days i have off. I find i would overtrain with a 6 day split since my workouts are intense.
Monday: chest and bis
tuesday: legs
wed: off/carido/abs
thur: back adn tris
friday: shoulders and calves
sat: cardio/abs
sunday: off

After every workout i do 20 min of cardio and i get out of the gym in one hour total time

Don't believe that 15 reps of 4 sets will get you defention b.c that is just Bullshit. YOu need a good diet and lots of cardio too get defintion.
 
If you want definition you need to lose the layers of fat over your muscles, to do this, you need to do cardio and diet. Diet is very important in this.
