if she been training that long for more than a couple of weeks and is showing those symptoms she is not fueling her body enough period. plus her 5 hours probably aint even that intense.

Over training is a very real condition. You are making assumptions as to her intake and intensity levels so there's not much here that's based on fact.
I do cardio several times a day when I"m cutting , it also allows me to eat more food without adding fat....when I start bulking the cardio is put away.....~Bo

its pretty easy assumptions to make. she been training long enough for that to be what she calls her training routine. and she is showing those symptoms. those are facts. things can be reasonably inferred from them by anyone who been in the training business for very long and dealt with all kinds of people men and women from morbidly obese to fulltime professional athletes. overtraining is an extremely overused excuse and all around misunderstood concept. i say that from the prospective of someone who been in professional athletics since he was a teenager and been trained by and trained all sorts of people from all walks of life. you can argue with my opinion on overtraining if you want, but i would make a very real challenge for anyone who thinks they are overtraining to follow my training advice and regimen i make for them to a t for 2 months and then come back and talk about the subject. guarantee they have a different perspective.
people love to find reasons not to push they bodies harder and make them adapt to the load.
