I want to take preventative measures with lotions and oils. What would you guys say are the most common locations for stretch marks from quick muscle gain? Please be specific to the area of the body (upper bicep, lower abs, etc.).

Stretch marks from bodybuilding are marks of pride IMO. I get them mostly under my arms (towards the front) and I have some on my lats, forearms & legs, my cousin has this great big stretch mark on his shoulder, running up on his side delt.

Inerior of my armpit and on the inside of my bicep just smaller. Never had them on my legs, I guess because there is a lot more surface are and your legs don't really peak. Any one get them on their calves? That would be a dude who put in some serious leg days.

Haha, definitely! So what you said makes great sense. You just have to think about what muscle groups peak the most; Biceps, traps, shoulders, chest. But no ones knows where exactly they will show up, until they show up. Well I guess the best solution for everyone is to buy some cheap Vaseline body lotion for Men and apply everywhere. Unless you want marks of pride.

My worst ones are inside my elbows, and they reach the bottom of my biceps. They were bright red 20 years ago and it took 5 years for them to fade...

I have them on my upper thighs and inner arm near the armpit from lifting. I also have some on my waist from when I was fat :(

I have none. Stretch marks are related to a specific genetic trait. It is also related towards the diet that you have/had growing up. People who were heavier set, or fat, will have bad stretch marks if they start lifting.

I am a pretty big dude, and my shoulders/chest are big, and I have no sign of them what so ever in my armpit/delt region.

I got some in my arpit, not visible a lot. I think i got them because i was fat when i was in 8th grade then went from 210-170 pounds in a year.
