doing a 10 week natural cutting cycle. I'm going to try to start doing 40minutes 4x a week. With the up and down hills my heart rate is way above 130 (suggested). What's your thoughts on this? is this going to be too intense.. Want to preserve as much mass as possible.

also I will be carb cycling on this cut.

Sprint intervals is the way to go if you are worried about losing muscle. .

burning muscle doing cardio = way over rated. Go for it. I ride a bike quite a bit man.25-40 miles a pop (road bike)

good deal I have been worried about doing that much cardio, just don't want to loose those gains I've been busting ass to get. Also have a road bike so I will be using that for cardio too.
thanks man!

I bike to work almost everyday in the summer. About a 30 minute bike. Quite a few hills make it a bitch but overall I'm not killing myself. Have not lost any mass whatsoever and it is good cardio to boot.
