Mourning cardio

l wake up at 5:45am, travel about 1 hour 15min to get to class ..l arrive at 8:30 am and do my cardio till about 9am ..... What can i eat when l wake up before my cardio?
 
Personally I would try and not eat anything before cardio but that is an awful long time to go from waking to eating your first meal. I would go ahead and have a whey protein shake with possibly some EFAs like flax seed or fish oil. No carbs in my opinion.
 
i wake up at 5 or 530 depending on the day to do cardio but b4 i go i mix a scoop of whey protien with some coffee it taste like dog shit but it seems to work then after cardio i have a protien shake and a bowl of oatmeal, and then from their i continue to eat food that makes me gag untill i got to sleep.

you know you could just down the protein first, then the coffee, right? maybe then you wouldnt gag so much lol.

ive thought about that but i hate that feeling of doing cardio with to much liquid in my stomach.

just dump however much protein you use into a few ounces of water. shouldnt need more than 5 ounces.

you need to be hydrated in the morning and during cardio anyway.

or just keep drinking the nastyness lol.

yeahh 2day i did similar...i woke up and had a shake then caught the train to the gym..l was feeling abit light headed but it went away then after my workout l just put oatmeal in with my shake and drank/ate the oatmeal with my shake
