OP is in the UK, I do not believe that they allow multi-use vials or bottles of pills.

So seems the nurse wants to watch me do first do first injection... Im going to need a pretty convincing and safe way to split the dose if I'm going to manage to get her to let me split it.... any ideas?

what i thought, and i guess change the needle?
If i moved to E3D dosing could i still draw it all into the syringe and just inject 1/4 each time for two weeks then start a new syringe? (new needles every time)

It would be much better practice to draw up separate syringes for each injection. For safe injection practices, reference:

Just inject the amount they want you to inject your first time while being supervised/trained. It will be OK.

Yeh my friends got spare vials of pharma test e from a cycle he done, I'm thinking ill do the full dose and then start my trt dose a week-10days later and consider the first shot a 'loading shot' haha... Thoughts? can't see it doing any harm and should keep my levels more stable

Thanks for this, once up and running on my own ill do it this way. Haven't looked into drawing with two syringes yet... Would you have any information/vids on how this is done?

I hope I'm not talking out of my hat here since I've only used vials, not ampoules.
After opening the amp, draw (aspirate) half the volume (0.5cc) into one syringe and cap it. Set it aside and withdraw the remaining amount with a second syringe. Use that one to inject and set aside the first one for later.

They did away with Sustanon a while ago, and now offer Test Enanthate (short ester) or Nebido (Test Undecanoate - long ester)
What you get is purely down to your doc's preference.
I'm personally on Nebido - and it works for me - but Test Enanthate will be better than T-Gels for sure!
As for splitting your doses - you can buy sterile vials on ebay for next to nothing in bulk....
I would transfer your ampoules into the vials and this will make measuring your doses much easier.
There are also loads of sites here in the UK for syringes and needles to buy in bulk, if you want to save the embarrassment of asking your practice nurse for them all the time.
It is common practice for the nurse to ask you to self-inject in their presence once or twice, it wasn't an issue for me.

That is what I would do. Or draw it all into one syringe and then back load half (or whatever portion you want) into another syringe.
Ask the pharmacy to see if they have syringes that are designed to have test stored in them for an extended period of time.
Dont over think this
Or get a sterile vial, which you can order on the internet, and store the unused excess in there.

Thanks for the reply, yeh I'm on ethenate and have my first jab tomorrow then off skiing for 10 days... Planning to start my 125 per week regime once i get back from that so ill have a slightly higher dose to start with but that should only act to get me going quicker anyway...
I best do some googling tonight to show her i know what I'm doing tomorrow haha, hopefully i don't get too nervous. Do you jab it in pretty fast or get it touching then push it in like they do when taking blood?

Either method of injection works. It is your personal preference. Watch YouTube videos on how to do injections and check out www.spotinjections.com.
I'm on Enthanate now. I highly recommend splitting that further into twice a week dosing if you are still feeling peeks and crashes on once a week. I do that now and I have absolutely zero difference in the way I feel day to day. E7D dosing of 125 will get you between 7 and 20 mg of compound released each day, depending on how many days out from the injection you are. E3D keeps the range much tighter between 12-16.

Yeh i probably will once iv got used to doing it. However if i feel fine on once a week ill stick to that as long term i can imagine it starts to become slightly laborious, ill dose this 250mg in one go and then start 125mg a week from now... Treating first one as a loading shot seeing as nurse will want to see me do it all.
I give myself shots 4 days out of 6 between Testosterone and HCG, so its just part of my routine now. Using tiny 29g needles makes it almost painless.

Yeh that is probably where ill end up... not sure what size needles they are going to supply me with tomorrow but we shall see..
Like my idea of having this larger dose tomorrow (nurse watching and dictating full dose) and then 7-10days later starting my 125mg dose, or should i just let the full two weeks run then start on the 125? (id rather slightly higher T than lower)

Yeh i expect she is going to want to see quad injection tomorrow... so hopefully will be a 25" 1inch that i can use all over?
owh also, think its a good approach going 7-10 days (more likely 10 going skiing saturday for a week) and then start the 125mg, or wait the full 14 days? would rather avoid a big trough if i can
