So far today this is what I did. 30min arch trainer before work.
Work 3-11
Jogged 2 x total 1 hour 8 min
Took 1-1/2 scoops pump juice extreme
Energy was pretty insane.
I performed supersets for nearly everything.
Started off more delt work,
Front/side raises/rear
15/15/20 , x 3 sets
Alt Bicep curls pointing out to the side.
4 x 12-15
Triceps kickbacks 4 x 10-15
Superset repeat
Alt Supination curls
4 x 12
Dips 4 x 20-30reps
Preacher curl/variation
4 x 10-15
Reverse kickbacks 4 x 12
Hammer curls
4 x 15
Oh triceps ext
4 x 10-15
Reverse curls
3 x 12
Diamond push-ups
3 x 15
Wristcurls/reverse wrist curls
25/15 x 3
Standing wrist curls behind my back
3 x 15-20

Wow, I had one hell,of a pump. Started cramping before forearms. Feel pretty dam good. Pump juice extreme really gave me some extra energy..
Today is the first real workout so to,speak. But ,I'm impressed so,far. I still have plenty of energy to,burn. I have to,see how long before this subsides. I will hit the gym tonight as well. Need to,get serious and make up for lost time. Don't wanna stay awake all night so maybe I won't take another scoop before the gym at 11pm. Update more tonight
