for several years, I have divided the muscular groups into several parts.

As follows: the dorsal formers, dorsal length, and thebroad ones.
Similarly with the pectorals , superiors, inferiors. shoulders, in the same way, formers and posteriors… etc… the sames things for all the muscles of the body.

This enables me to assemble great muscular groups, parts by parts. then, at the end of each week, all the muscle will have been worked twice at least, in their entirety.

For example: former shoulders, high dorsal, low-pectoral, and neck.

And can associate at the fur and measures, each groups as that likes.

This system has another advantage, indeed, it makes it possible to envisage the energy burned. and then, never to exceed the rate of overtraining.

Once per week, I make also swimming, and also rather often of the bicycle.

Two evening per week, I practise boxing. And of course, each evening, I filled my marital duty; -)

I work by different charge. I assemble and descend the loads. 60%.80% 100% 80%.60% of my strength, for each exercises, each muscles, and i try to not make never less than 8 repetitions.

Currently my force won't increase anymore. I seek the best cycle to stop the contribution of steroids. but this isn't easy. in fact, I feel that I still have many physical resources.

I'm 35 years old. over 240 lbs may be 250 i didn't take my weight recently, i'm almost 13% BF.

It was kane from training forums, for steroidology news :elephant:

Pyramidding (60/80/100/80/60) and always avoiding anything less than 8 reps tells me you are bodybuilding and not "powerbuilding" or powerlifting, so strength IS going to stagnate at some point if you always do the same things. Change it up, and don't be afraid of some sets of 3s (tripples) etc, start mixing in some powerlifting and I'd say get away from pyramidding for awhile.

Just try some new things, and don't be afraid of heavy weights. If you want to be strong you have to lift heavy at least sometimes, 8 reps or higher will get you stuck eventually if you care about strength.
