My 14 week Sustaplex 325 log

Hey Fellas! Hope all is well! On monday I will be starting my cycle. I plan to run it for 14 weeks using the 5x5 training program. I will do weekly updates in this thread. I am not sure about posting pics as I have very Identifying Tattoos, and I am a very active business owner in my community.

Anyway my program will go like this:

Sustaplex 325 - 2x a week for 14 weeks Pinz - Sun.Pm/Thurs. Am
Aromasin 12.5 EOD
No post cycle therapy (pct) as I am on TRT

Mon. - Chest/Back
Tue. - am Cardio
Wed. - Bi's/Tri's
Thurs. - am Cardio
Fri. - Shoulders/Legs
Sat. - am Cardio

Any advice on the 5x5 would be great as this will be the first time training like this.
 
Had a great workout last night! Did Bi's/Tri's and Abs. Felt strong and had a ton of energy. MOre then I do on my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose thats forsure! I am looking forward to what the next 14 weeks bring!
 
After looking over the 5x5 program in depth I have decided to stick with a my normal workout for now. It looks something like this.

Monday - Chest & Back
5 min. warm-up
4 sets incline bench presses 8-10 reps
4 sets flat dumbbell bench presses 8-10 reps
4 sets cable crossovers 10-12 reps
4 sets seated Hammer Strength low row 8-10 reps
4 sets reverse grip Hammer Strength high row 8-10 reps

Teusday - Cardio(Plyometrics)

Wednesday - Legs & Abs
5 min. med. pace warm-up walk or bike
4 sets leg press 8-10 reps
4 sets leg extensions 8-10 reps
4 sets leg curls 8-10 reps
3 sets seated calf machine 8-10 reps
2 sets hyperextensions 12-15 reps
4 sets ab machine
4 sets normal crunches

Thursday - Cardio(Plyometrics)

Friday - Arms & Shoulders & Abs
5 min. warm-up
4 sets dumbbell shoulder presses 8-10 reps
4 sets dumbbell side lateral raises 8-10 reps
4 sets dips on edge of bench 8-10 reps
4 sets rope pressdowns 8-10 reps
4 sets barbell curls 8-10 reps
4 sets dumbbell alternate hammer curls
4 sets decline bench crunches
2 sets hanging leg raises
 
I have been trying the 5x5 this week. I do feel a burn, but I leave the gym feeling like I want more. I guess I am just use to my program which includes more lifts.
 
i hear ya. If you have a spotter try doing the 5X5 with negative reps. you'll feel like you have done something then.
but even a normal heavy 5x5 you may feel like you didn't get enough but so long as it was done heavy and you failed on the last rep each time you made it work for ya.

Yeah I just feel I get more outa what I am doing now.

On a side note I got my Sustaplex325 today so next pin I will be replacing the Test C with it. I also have some Dbol so I might start that for 4 weeks as well to kick this off.
 
So I shot 1ml of Sustaplex325 last night, and all went smooooth! No pain at all! I heated it up for like 1 min. in some warm water and was good to go!

Morning workout was on point and felt great!

Monday - Chest & Back

Do you guys find working out 4 day a week better then 3? I have always done 3 days lifting and 3 cardio, But I am wondering if on cycle I should up my lifting. Any thoughts?
 
Today was legs and it went good! I was feeling strong so I added a couple sets of weighted lunges at the end.

Wednesday - Legs & Abs
5 min. med. pace warm-up walk or bike
4 sets leg press 8-10 reps
4 sets leg extensions 8-10 reps
4 sets leg curls 8-10 reps
3 sets seated calf machine 8-10 reps
2 sets hyperextensions 12-15 reps
Weighted lunges
4 sets ab machine
4 sets normal crunches
 
Today was a great day in the gym! It was arms and shoulders and I crushed it! I felt so strong and my pupms are great. I am up 4lbs and coming to the end of week 2. My eating has been clean as well.

I am feeling awesome these days! Lots of energy, and sex drive is way up! My wife cant keep up..haha

increase the intesity if anything.
i find while on cycle i need to keep focus on routine. i will loose track and just do random lifts if you have a routine that you hit every body part in three days keep it but repeat the first on the 4th day.
 
Well I switched to a 4 day split and am likeing it so far. Had My second Pin of sustaplex 325 on sunday night 6th pin over all(started with test cyp) Everthing went great! Feeling ver stong in the gym with great pumps! Here was todays workout.

Lat Pull Down 3 10, 10, 8
