Don't do a cycle "real soon" until you get your diet in order. Serious. It's not for any stupid reason. The simple reason is that unless your diet and training is in order, you won't get quite the results you expect. Yes, you can gain SOME muscle from steroids without doing JACK SHIT, but the problem is you'll lose it when you come off. If you have your diet and training in order FIRST, then you will gain a lot more and also KEEP way, WAY more.

Your diet looks EXTREMELY low in calories. That's why you're 150 lbs! It's not because you can't use whey or steroids...you aren't eating enough. Not to mention it looks like you have pretty poor meals. Pepsi is absolute crap and has no place in anyone's diet. You need to get in more meat and real carbs in there. Oh, and ditch the peanut butter. I don't know where this big peanut butter kick came from, but it's not very good.

What's your training like, btw?

Let me add one more thing...

If you try to bulk using steroids and a lacking diet, it can do some bad and unhealthy things.

Your body can and does store nutrients. One of the functions of the skeletal system is to store nutrients for when they're needed.

Normally with an adequate diet, nutrient requirements are met via diet, and the body can function optimally and be healthy.

However, if diet is lacking, the body will take nutrient stores and use them to survive. Long horn cattle's horns will shrivel up with poor pasture because their bodies take the nutrients away from their horns to make up for the lack of nutrition.

Now steroids are very potent. They can force your body to do what it normally wouldn't. So if your diet is lacking, your body will take nutrients from the rest of your body to feed this forced growth. What happens when you use up all your nutrient stores? The effects might not be immediately apparent (but they might be), however, down the road is when degenerative diseases can rear their heads.

The body is capable of dealing with tremendous abuse, but it will eventually break down.

If you're going to do steroids, do it in the healthiest manner possible. Get your diet right first.

This line always makes me laugh. Not because its not true, but because I've witnessed it first hand. I used to work on a ranch where longhorns were mixed in with the herds. You could always tell when they weren't getting the proper nourishment. Exactly like you said Frosty, shrinking horns. The other cattle just shrunk.....got all nasty looking.....ribs showing, you know, the usual malnourished look. BTW, where are you from that you know about this........or did you read it? Just curious. Nevertheless, 150lbs and starting a cycle? Just eat alot and you'll be 180 without gear. I just went from 173 to 192 in 6 weeks without gear. Gonna make it to 200 before I even think about starting. Maybe a little boost in your caloric intake will get you the results you're looking for. Just don't do anything until you're TOTALLY ready. You only get one body, treat it right.

Protein shakes are not suitable replacements for meals. Unless you are on a trip and have no access to food. The diet you posted above is terrible. Here's a list of foods that you should be eating:

Tuna (water packed)
Fish (salmon, seabass, halibut)
Shrimp
Extra Lean Ground Beef or Ground Round (92-96%)
Venison
Buffalo
Ostrich
Protein Powder
Egg Whites or Whole Eggs
Ribeye Steaks or Roast
Top Round Steaks or Roast (aka Stew Meat, London Broil, Stir Fry)
Top Sirloin (aka Sirloin Top Butt)
Beef Tenderloin (aka Filet, Filet Mignon)
Top Loin (NY Strip Steak)
Flank Steak (Sir Fry, Fajita)
Eye of Round (Cube Meat, Stew Meat, Bottom Round , 96% LeandGround Round)
Ground turkey, Turkey Breast Slices or cutlets (fresh meat, not deli cuts)
Soy Burgers
Low-fat cottage cheese

SLOW BURNING/COMPLEX CARBS

Oatmeal (Old Fashioned or Quick Oats)
Sweet Potatoes (Yams)
Beans (pinto, black, kidney)
Oat Bran Cereal
Rye Cereal
Brown Rice
Farina (Cream of Wheat)
Multigrain Hot Cereal
Whole wheat or Spinach Pasta
100% Stoneground Whole Wheat Bread

FIBROUS CARBS

HEALTHY FATS

Natural Peanut Butter
Olive Oil or Safflower Oil
Nuts (peanuts, almonds)
Flaxseed Oil

BEVARAGES

Crystal Light

It has alot of extra stuff, but all the basics are there. All you have to do is eat up and you'll get big.

I just learned it from books. Well, the pictures made it memorable. The closest thing I've had to a ranch is a farmer I know that has like 4 cows lol. I get my milk and eggs from him, though. Fresh raw milk and butter! Awesome stuff. I love how it gets so rich and yellow from the spring pasture. Then you know it's full of nutrients.

Hahaha, well, I stand by my comment on the Pepsi :) Perhaps let her know that the pepsi is not good for her bones, at least. Don't know how old she is, but bone loss is a big concern with women over 40, and soda only aggrivates the condition. Not to mention it's sugar water!

She's only 22........but I'm trying to curb her diet towards healthier things. Gotta get mine situated first. She only weighs 95 lbs., so she needs to eat everything she can.

BTW, indrid, you only have 2 cups of milk in your diet above.......try a whole gallon.......works wonders, believe me! It may be hard to get down for the first week or so, but after that you'll suck it down like its nothing!
