How long have you been lifting? 140 and jumping on gear? :laugh3:

I am cruising on a gram of test a week, and have never had a "random boner".. you might want to make sure you are not injecting yourself with liquid Cialis..

Which is heavier infection? Cast iron or feathers?...

Well have fun with your "gains" you can say goodbye to them once you're done, its very apparent you eat like a bird. Why you decided food wasn't a option is beyond me. Juice is no solution, the food is. Man up and eat like a beast, stop being worried about gaining fat, YOU NEED TO EAT MORE!!!!! And continue to after your cycle if you want to hold on to anything...

What we should be concerned with is if the feathers are heavier than you!

I am at university working towards my phd in analytical chemistry. I've got all my bases covered, chief. I also eat enough each day to feed a decent sized African village, clearly something you need to do.

You have absolutely zero idea about my calorie consumption, macro nutrient ratio, erection frequency or general background. Post something original. These posts are so monotonous for everyone.

Good luck with the phd. Even I know steroids don't make your brain grow.

Read all six pages. I am in the process of running the same cycle, only mine lasting 15 weeks. I was wondering about your diet though. I know my maintenance, cutting, and bulking calories and was wondering if you eat more then you'd normally would off the stuff.

Yeah mate, I'm eating more calories on cycle than I normally would. A fortnight after my last jab I'll start my cutting diet. Good luck with the cycle.

No need to be a smart ass. You are a manlet and a lightweight, so stop thinking you are intelligent or hard. He is telling you to eat, which you should be doing. You said yourself your diet isn't the best. So why didn't you correct your diet and spend money on food first before thinking about an AAS cycle? If you registered over at the similar steroids forum to this, you be told off by about ten veterans, told that you shouldn't even think about steroids yet and probably still think you are right.

You are starting a cutting diet two weeks after your last jab? Good luck keeping your gains. After your cycle and during PCT should be the time you eat the most and train even harder. Obvious that almost no research or common sense was undertaken.

I was meaning the diet wasn't the cleanest you bellend, not that there wasn't sufficient calories in there. Not particularly an advocate of dirty bulking. I'll remain 'hard' and 'intelligent' and you can remain presumptuous.

Thanks for the advice on the cutting aspect. That, I will take note of.

For a forum that is supposed to be supportive, it's incredible how destructive and negative so many people are on here. It was the same for me on Bodybuilding.com. I posted details of my success with intermittent fasting and just got flamed alive by ignorant meat heads who still think you have to eat 5000+ calories a day to put on muscle. It's absolute bollocks.

In the last ten week period between Dexa scans (the most accurate measure of fat and lean mass), I put on over 3kg of lean mass and simultaneously lost 1.3kg of fat - and I continue to gain mass and lose fat, eating not much more than maintenance calories (between 2500 and 3000 calories a day) and consuming zero calories for 24 hours once a week, as per the 'Eat Stop Eat' protocol. If you eat mega-calories, the ones that aren't used just turn to fat and then you spend three months cutting. I don't cut and I don't bulk, I just eat reasonably and gain muscle and lose fat all at the same time.

Sorry to be a bit irrelevant, Messymatt, but it annoys me when people like you who post in good faith get shot down by others who think they know it all and clearly don't.

Well the moral support is appreciated Sproxton. Thank you. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't expecting a few haters to appear. Infact I'm somewhat surprised its taken this long. The comments are very typical 'safe bet' comments such as "eat more" anyway.
If the scales didn't tell me week upon week that I am consistantly gaining LBM then I might actually listen to them. Until then. I'll continue to be the sculpture of my own success and the remarks will remain as nothing other than water off a ducks back.

Cheers.

No harsh feelings lad but just take the advice of everyone accordingly and positively and all will be well. But yeah, if you can keep a really clean diet on the cycle you will get fantastic results. Whenever you feel like eating something bad, just imagine the results you can get over the whole cycle if you eat clean. Imagine how big you'd be, how lean you'd become and how aesthetic you would be. Definitely don't do the cutting post cycle man. You will lose a lot of strength and a lot of your lean muscle gains if you do. During post cycle therapy (pct) and train your hardest and eat the largest you ever had. You want to keep as much of those gains as possible. You can cut a two months after post cycle therapy (pct) or so I would say, once you know how much you've lost post cycle because some weight is lost anyway you can't help that. Good luck mate.

Cheers pal, noted. I've still some revision to do on that.

Update

Alright, looks like its been 4 weeks since my last post.

I have now had my last jab and I'm now waiting a fortnight before starting post cycle therapy (pct).
Below is a comparison of my current stats and starting stats...

Start
Weight: 141lbs
Lean Body Mass: 120.1lbs
Body Fat: 20.9lbs or 14.8%

Current
Weight: 160lbs
Lean Body Mass: 142.1lbs
Body Fat: 17.9lbs or 11.1%

Obviously this is where the real work starts in order to keep the gains I have added. Shoulders have had bad acne for about 4 weeks now, some on face also. Not cool.

Results so far look like so...

Interesting thread. I was like many others and completely shocked you started while only weighing 141. You seemed to have done alright. Your post cycle therapy (pct) protocol looks sound. It'll be interesting to get an update from you in six weeks...

Keep on doing bro :) I'm gonna follow ur progress. I intend to do the same suggested cycle, Aromatase inhibitor (AI), but for 8 weeks + PTC, great stuf from the Doc helping out aswell! Good luck!

Thanks to all who have followed or read the thread, I hope it has been of some use to the 1st time users and those considering a cycle.
A big thank you to all the help I have had from the more experienced users also, particularly a big shout out to the Doc who was consistent throughout. Thanks!

If you are considering a cycle my advice would be to exhaust the research - you simply can't do enough. Try to gain a good understanding of all the elements. Plan your cycle, PCT, diet and training before that first jab.
