My 3J's Nutrition Network Experience

Weight is up from 170.5 to 171.38 today. 3J says "Its hard to believe but ur ABS look more defined!" I couldn't believe it as I thought I put on a decent amount of fat around my abs and hips. Just goes to show how tricky anorexia can be. Could never have gotten this far with out 3J, no way!

nice like those drawers better lol good work man:bigok:

Weight is down from 173.58 to 172.7
3J added another 100 calories to my diet today, hence now back to 3800 calories per day

new scales - weight really 176.22

After comparing my weight at the gym and my doctors office on numerous occasions I have come to realise that my old bathroom scales have been underweighing me by about 3.5Lbs Got my self some nice new scales yesterday which also confirms the error. Therefore for the record my real weight is currently 176.22

Bodyfat update

Had a body fat test done today. 9Lbs up since last test 3 weeks ago and an increase of 0.73%bf Still at 6.76%bf 3J says the slight increase has helped me with my energy increase, hence why I'm feeling better as I'm entering a healthier bodyfat range. He says its still very low.

Thanks kman2005, I'm not sure what brand they are as I get my bodyfat done at the local gym, I'll ask next time I see the instructor.

Outstanding progress bud.

I just read through the entire thread, I have to admit I'm curious about what it must be like to never want to eat enough and up the cardio almost without realizing. I have the exact opposite issue with being an endomorph and a hypoactive thyroid.

3J can expect to hear from me soon, great log.

Thanks DuRsT, glad your finding the log helpful, yeah not eating enough and upping the cardio I really feel has become a habit due to being ill for so long I guess. Even though I'm far from skinny now, its been a challenge to stop behaving as though I 'm still anorexic. 3J is helping me replace those old destructive rituals with new healthy alternatives. Even though we have opposite issues I'm sure we face similar stress, fatigue and anxiety.

I'm glad your contacting 3J, you wont be disappointed, it's far from being a diet, its the nutritional coaching along the way that gets you going towards your goals. Good luck buddy, keep us posted with your progress.

doing good man, which brand body fat calipers do you use?

Hi kman2005 the instructor told me they are the Harpenden Skinfold Caliper and are damn expensive. I have the Body Care Slim Guide Caliper at home which I purchased for US$30 and had them hidden away lol, I hadn't used them till yesterday when you asked the question, tell you what the results are very similar so quite accurate for the money.
