Hey guys, i need help to plan my next cycle.
I wanna get bulk on the first half, n' on the 2nd half of my cycle i wanna get lean.
maybe it sound stupid, but i have no extra money for two diffrent cycles.
anyway, i need help to decide which compounds shoud i take.
my 1st cycle was 6 weeks pyramid 250g/sus+250g/deca a week.
2nd 6 weeks x 500g/sus+500g/deca.
3rd 750g test c x 12weeks+ 40g/nap/ed/4 weeks.
my next cycle is
weeks 1-12 800g/test-c/e
weeks 1-4 40g naps ed
weeks 8-12 ?? ?? ?? (lean mass)
i uplaoded a pic also, can you help me with any idea please?
