Hey everyone! I have been posting a bit lately and am back from my injury to my pec. Almost 7 weeks back and I wanted to give you all a chance to see how my training is going. If you don't care my apologies. I am making a few friends here is all.

Nah just wearing a gang task force shirt one of my clients gave me. I am a financial advisor. I would make a pretty bad cop...

The shirt I am wearing is awesome though. Big ass skull that pretty much calls out scumbags.

Also I am 6'2" tall. I weighed about 261 pounds tonight naked at the gym. And I didn't think you were a homo bro asking about a persons stats on a workout forum. :-)

Like I said I threw a pic up because I have been posting quite a bit so I think it helps with credibility.
 
About 5 years. I took a year off though. I hurt my left pec benching real heavy last year. I was board training on bench and and I did 495 raw to a single board and pulled the muscle away from the bone. It sucked bad!

I tried coming back too soon and it still hurt. So about 2 months ago I started lifting again. I am trying to lean up quite a bit. I don't crash diet though. I will do a 20 week lean up program and try to get to 6-7% while staying above 250. I wanna keep muscle.

I am running no hgh or peptides currently. Just a small dose of test, masteron E, and tren e. bout done with the tren e. I will trade that out for some npp later.

All this is like 500 400 400 in mgs per week. Nothing stupid I giess.
 
That sounds like a hell of a lot of pain there man. Glad to hear you bounced back to it. Maybe someday I'll make it above 250. Seem to be stuck at 230lbs lol
 
Pain is gone now!!! Just the pain from trying to grow.

Stuck? Wtf. Eat up man. Do this:

Take 40 bucks to to Walmart and buy pasteurized liquid egg whites. Drink 4 cups a day. 2 in the Am and 2 at night before bed. Add in some protien. This will help you gain man.

Also lift heavier. Cut out some reps. Do 4-5 working sets of 6-8. Gotta force the muscle to grow. Too many reps makes me lose size. Lift heavy heavy heavy.
 
I've been eating haha. I go damn near broke just on food alone. Think my problem is lack of sleep. Haven't had a full 8 hours in 2 months since my kid was born. Can't wait til this kid sleeps more haha
 
Haha I'm sure counting on it. But for now maintaining what little I have will do. Like I said someday I'll hope to get bigger. How do you keep your BF in control at a heavier weight? Anytime I go over 230 I just get fat haha
 
i have to ask due to the poor pic. have you ever used seo. like synthrol. kinda looks like it. again im just asking.
 
Synthrol?? HELL NO! Not a whole lot scares me in this game except 2 things: DNP and Synthrol. I really like my life and I want to live so Synthrol makes me squeemish. I would rather have skinny calves. I'm not knocking anyone that uses it I just personally get freaked out by it. I am kinda flattered though. There is worse things you could be accused of. 8-)

As far as managing my body as I get heavier I really just try to go slow with my weight. I really eat semi clean and I try to do some really light intensity cardio for a long time. I also stay up on the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and run T3 and Clen. It has taken me 5 years to get to 260. The other thing you have to rememebr is you have to get fat to get big. You gain 20 lose 14 in a year and you gained 6-7 pounds of good muscle.

Ok Bro,.....Gonna try this and I'll let ya know, I just had major shoulder surgery 5 weeks ago and am gonna try to pack on some weight before I can lift and do a major blast when recovered... Just scared as hell to get fat cuz I'm maintaining 8- 10% bf at 220lbs even though I've shrunk from not lifting upper body.....THX !
 
Hmm so there is a light at the end of the fat tunnel haha. I'll Probably try to continue bulking til Jan then try my first clen cycle and see how that goes.
 
There is so much light at the end of the tunnel and here is why. Who cares if you get fat. I mean don't turn into a fucking barrel but just keep lifting heavy and getting bigger and bigger. The more muscle you put on the more fat it will burn when you start to cut. You are going to have to get soft at sometime to grow. Remember Branch took 2 years off so he could grow and so did a bunch of other IFBB pros.

I hate those pussies at the gym that sit at 6-7% all year round and have been 175 lbs for the last 4 years. (K maybe I am just jealous!!) I look at it like there is a opportunity to grow and I should take it. Am I a little soft right now in my mid section? Yes! I don't care cause I am getting stronger and bigger. WHen It is time to get real lean I can do it.

Lean at 250 is cooler than lean at 180.

Like I said still a tad soft. This was a couple weeks ago when I started lifting again after a year. I was kind of a puss then in the weight department. I have 5 good weeks under my belt and am feeling better and much leaner. I was most likely 14% in this picture.

Yea from what I have noticed most of my buddys who are ripped all year long haven't made too much gains since HS. Thanks for the advice bro I appreciate it. You look like you are huge still after taking a 1 year hiatus haha. Can't waitto get to where your at man!
