you can't target fat loss. you have to lose fat, like Angry said diet and cardio is far more important than situps
 
Situps are worthless anyway. If you want to build your abs, you are better off using other exercises... but like the others said, it won't matter if you have too much bodyfat. Get your bodyfat under 10% before you expect to see much there.
 
a low carb diet, with cardio first thing in the morning works for me. try an ECA stack to help the process. the most important thing is getting your diet clean. there are other little tweaks and supplements you can add once you know your body, but this is the foundation for any fat loss program. diet, cardio, high protien, low carbs. no cheating.
 
guys i don't even eat breakfast at all , but i'm seriouse at dinner & lunch,

what is "Clenbuterol" and how does it work ? and why ?

Clenbuterol burns fat without dieting because it increases the body temperature slightly, forcing the body to burn fat for this process. Due to the higher body temperature Clenbuterol magnifies the effect of anabolic/androgenic steroids taken simultaneously, since the protein processing is increased.

not eating meal doesn't mean you'll loose fat, dude! that's wrong!!! just be patient and must dedicate total discipline.....fail those and you'r fat for life!!!

You should eat breakfast, in my opinion. Do the cardio before or after that, whichever you can handle better. And if you are really too lazy to track your diet, then do full body routines with weights six days a week. That should push your calorie requirements high enough that you won't be able to eat enough... assuming your CNS can handle it and you don't end up overtraining. Some people can handle full body each day, some can't.

I don't like starving myself, so whenever I need to cut up, I do that. I naturally burn fat easily though.
 
Yeah, hold up here, skipping breakfast is a big mistake.

Small, more frequent meals kick your metabolism up... you should be eating AT LEAST 4 times a day.
 
forget the drugs for now, eat clean and hit the cardio and do not skip breakfast it really is the most important meal of the day.

Sorry, I guess I should explain what a muscle is. Look at my arm in that picture, you see those weird bumps...those are called muscles. They are what a muscle shirt is named after.
But either way I was wearing it cause it's hot in my gym, especially when I do deadlifts.
