wk 1-6 500 mg test ena
wk 7-14 100 mg prop eod
wk 7-14 50 mg win eod
I'm on week 10
started at 198 lbs bf 16%
week 10 at 210 lbs bf 12 % (a lot of veins !)
I do a low carbs diet and eat a lot of proteins (meat, chicken, tuna egg and a lot of whey)
Just to say that we can have decent results with light doses
