My Current Cycle!

1000mg test e shot twice per week
600mg deca shot twice per week

Im in my 4th week and im up 22 pounds

ive had about 8-10 cycles under my belt, last year i weighed 250 at 5ft6 then got cut to 200 at 6% bf now im back bulking up again

The first 3 weeks of my cycle i was eating 5500 calories per day now im eating 6000 calories per day.

My diet consists of lots of peanut butter, weight gainers, chicken, eggs, steak ect

I focus on lifting as heavy weight possible with alot of compound exercises.
reps range from 6-10 and 15-20 sets per bodypart weekly.

how much of your calories actually come from clean food rather than weight gainers?

im just wondering for myself, i'm currently on about 4500-5000 cals a day but i'm doing it clean.. its a bitch really to eat so much food i almost threw up yesterday lol

UPDATE ON CYCLE:
Well im in my 8th week now and im up 32 pounds, im also eating 6,500 calories per day. My gains have stopped so im added more test to my cycle now 1400mg per week instead of more food, ive also managed to keep my waist down to 34 inches which inpresses me. My training consists of the same as before except ive added more intensity like forced reps, 21's, drop sets ect.........

I will increase my food intake 2 weeks from now to 7000 calories per day.

My stats are,
220 5ft6
20.5 inch arms
54 inch chest
28 inch legs
34 inch waist
 
man i have problems actually getting down 4000 cals. clean no weight gainers, and only shakes post workout and b4 bed. i feel like puking all day long. put no 10 pounds when i started eating actuall food and not so many shakes. its a bitch nut it pays off in the end. oh and that was 10 pounds natty too. good luck on 7000. r u going for a clean bulkler or a dirty bulker. dirty is just lots of food with lost of calories but not so good for u
