my cutting cycle consists of gear, dieting n cardio..
The gear.. Clen, Winstrol (winny), T/E..
Dieting: 1900 cal a day.
CardIo: atleast 30 mins of treadmil 15 on bike. n 10 on eliptical.
the cycle : clen 20mcg for 3 days.40mcg for 3days 60mcg 3 days cont. to 120mcg..
winny: 1/2cc eod
T/E: 1CC twice a week monday n fridays.
Food; vEgtables, low cal food, chicken, steak once a week, salad low cal dressing, V8 drink, water, Lean cusine, wheat pasta.
Day 1: 1810 cal, 269lbs
Day 2: 2000Cal, 267lbs
dAY 3: 1600cal, 264lbs
day 4: 1700cal, 265.5lbs
day5: 2000cal, 261lbs
day 6: 2080cal, 259.5
