My cycle....i'm ectomorph

Today I started my cycle. I am ectomorph and I find it hard to put on weight. I am 32 years old.
In the past I had already made ***8203;***8203;use of steroids and I gained a bit of muscle over the years.

I would like to do a 6 week cycle so set:

First 3 weeks:
300mg / week testovis
150mg / week winny
40mg dianabol ED

Last 3 weeks
400mg / week testovis
200mg / week win

GH 2iu die for WEEK 12

What do you think?

Wait, I thought you were female. Why on earth would you want to use those compounds unless you want to start walking around with a clitoris the size of a school bus and a voice that rivals Barry White?
 
Weeks 1-12
500mg test enth Each week
weeks 1-4
40 mg dbol every day
Pct 4 weeks
50clomid every day
20 nolva every day

@ clman because you write only test and dianabol? The other things are not good ??

GH is a good steroid right? and also winstrol ... right?

I suggest going on a forum that is in your native tounge...this way YOU can do all the research...

you should get your diet right first. than maybe actually plan a cycle worth doing.
 
Dbol and Winstrol (winny). Hmm..never seen that before..seems counter-productive. No point in doing only GH for 12 weeks IMO, too.
 
I eat very clean.
The diet is as follows:

Breakfast: egg protein, rice cakes with honey and jam
Snack: tuna, bread without yeast, nuts
Lunch: rice or pasta + meat + vegetables and extra virgin olive oil
snack: protein powder + unleavened bread
dinner: rice or pasta + meat or fish + vegetables and extra virgin olive oil.


What do you think would modify?
The things that I have chosen are not going well?

@Clman: so you advise me to take inspiration from what others are doing on the forum?
