my cycle Test E Tren E tell me what u think

Test e 1-12 weeks 250mg will be going up to 500mg after 5 weeks of tren

Tren e for 5 weeks starting week 2 at 500mg a week

Adex .5 Eod

Pct. Nolva 40mg/40mg/20mg/20mg

Iam 32 190lbs 5'11" 17 %body fat goal is to drop bf and tone up
any help or suggestions appreciated

Why run a TRT dose of Test - especially when you are done with Tren?

I wouldn't recommend tren E for only 5 weeks. Tren A would be a better choice.

What will your PCT be?

Why no mention of AI or DA for your cycle?

What cycles have you run in the past?
 
1st cycle was test e 500mg a week for 12 weeks pct nolva 20/20/20
2nd cycle was test e 500mg for 12 weeks and tren a 75mg eod for 8weeks pct nolva 40/40/20/20

3.these are the two cycles ive taken in the past i took 6 month recover time in between both and had bloodtest to confirmed i was a ok
1st cycle was test e 500mg a week for 12 weeks pct nolva 20/20/20
2nd cycle was test e 500mg for 12 weeks and tren a 75mg eod for 8weeks pct nolva 40/40/20/20
i was using a product called adex 0.5 eod on both cycles only sides i noticed was a little acne
So u recommend tren a b/c The half life is much less ?
 
Seriously read up. Once you understand hormones and esters you'll be able to put a cycle together. Right now it seems like your just taking shit to take it. You really don't know why...

Spend a little time today and read that FAQs link Tbone gave you. I promise it will help you understand this stuff better. Then come back and we can have an informed conversation about what your cycle should look like. It will make this process a whole lot easier for all of us.
 
After reading more information in that link under trt. what my doctor is calling normal range total test is really off so I will not be any doing any cycles until I see a trt doctor Iam my total test is 285 but ty for all the information you have Givin do u know of any good trt doc in Detroit mi area?
 
And sorry for the uneducated questions I really need to read more information before asking these cycle questions

I think IMT (Increase My T) has some people in Detroit. You should see their ad on the right hand of the screen when in the TRT Forum.
