Hello to all I have been trying to reduce my BF% and right now and for the past 2 weeks this is the diet I have been on a diet that looks like this, but come Thursday I start havins a slight headache when ever I train. I also try to take in as much carbs as possible Saturday and Sunday. Any recomendations form You guys is much appreciated.

I'm 29 yrs old, 218 lbs, 6' tall and want to get shredded. I train 5 times a week, Mon Chest, Tues, hamstrings and calves, Wed, Shoulder and Biceps, Thurs Quads and Calves and Friday Back and Triceps and I do Abs and Forearms every other day.
