My Diet!

Hey All,

Starting my primo and Winstrol (winny) course on sat and this is my diet. Any info or improvements please?!?!


7:30 - 40g Oats, 2 Boilded Eggs, 2 Brown Toast, Low Fat Yogurt, 53g Protein Shake, 100ml Orange Juice

10.30 - Piece of fruit

13:00 - Chicken sandwich and Brown Roll 12"

15:00 - Piece of Fruit

17:00 - 53g Protein Shake, Chicken, Rice or Pasta

18:00 - Gym

22:00 - 53g Protein Shake, Piece of Fruit, Low Fat Yogurt
 
I'd throw in a lean protein source with that fruit. Keep your protein intake constant. And bump up your carbs a lil. It wont kill you. Especially after the gym.
