Learning the Ways
ive been tryna loose a little weight around my stomach that seems to never go away .. im already fairly lean the only part of me holding any fat really is my lower stomach... i can see the top 4 abs but the bottom ones never come out....

So my meals have been basically only bonless skinless chicken breast, lean cuts of beef, brown rice,green beans, whole wheat bread, bananas, low fat cottage cheese and eggs, and a shit load of water...ive only been eating like this for about a week so i know im not gonna see results for a while...i was wondering if any of those foods sound bad for cutting or any other foods you can tell me about that i could eat while trying to become more lean.... i know everyone says its rediculous to add size and get lean but thats what im trying to shoot for, im sure it'll take longer but thats fine with me if its gonna be quality muscle and not just mass
 
I would definitely cut out the bread. And bananas are good and healthy, but do note that they contain fat.

Replace the bread with sweet or new potato.
 
i was also wondering should the potatoe not be eaten with dinner since it is a carbohydrate... and do you have any recipes for potatoes that doesnt include a mound of bacon and sour cream... that dont sound like it would be too good for cutting
 
how about u layout ur diet in terms of what is eaten and when it is, so we can get a better idea of what u may need help with
 
i wake up and have a chicken breast and brown rice and green beans

some wheat thins or a banana for a snack later

another chicken breast and brown rice and 2 slices of whole weat bread

then i go to the gymcome back and have a shake

wait an hour or so and have another chicken breast or red meat and some veggies
 
despite what most people beleive, i would stay away from the bananas. they have been shown to make people gain weight. odly, they don;t have a solid reason for this but it has been proven. also, i would cut the bread and do not eat whole eggs, ony egg whites. one whole egg everyday isn't bad though. but just one.
