My DNP Results.

Well it has been 11 days on DNP and I've lost 8 pounds.

I started off the first 3 days with 200mg, next 8 days I stayed at 400mg. I was sweating like crazy up until the last two days which it almost feels like the DNP wasn't doing its job anymore. I'm stoping today to give my body a break and hoping I will beable to recovery without any fat gain.

Couple problems I face at the moment.

1) I'm 5 days away from starting clomid therapy and still on T3. I just lowered the dose from 50mcg to 25mcg today. I'm thinking of lowering it down to 12.5mcg when I start clomid and running it for a couple weeks. Opinions?

2) I'm afraid to lose anymore muscle. I have about 200 dbols laying around that I could use as a bridge but I keep hearing mixed feelings on it.
 
Personally I would not run any amount of T3 without AS.

I have never tried the "dbol bridge", but I can't say I really like the idea. If I try it, it will be because I am crashing hard, no libido, depression, etc., not in order to try to preserve mass while attempting to recover.
 
End the t-3 the same time you end your AS..Its not a good idea runnign t-3 without AS. Why sacrafice muscle you worked hard to gain.
 
if you have lost 8 lbs while on dnp and not 3 days after then you are going to shread up. dnp has a tendency to cause people to abtain water and that is why some people dog it while they are on it. they wont lose weight while they are on it. but when they get off the water just falls off and they are ripped.

about the t3: i did 25mcg for about 4 days then 50mcg for about two weeks then i tapered off. it worked great for me.

i wouldn't worry about losing muscle on t3 or the dnp. my experience is that i didn't lose muscle just the fat on the muscle.

d-bol will cause you to obtain water which you have already shredded
i wouldn't use it but that might just be me
 
Everyone is different with T3, I know someone pretty muscular that says he loses muscle with anything more than 25mcg. I'm on 50mcg split into two doses (liquid) and not noticing muscle loss at all by measurement or visual.

On the first 4 days of using DNP I put on a lot of water weight. By day 8 it had felt like all the water was gone along with atleast 2% BF. If I start to lose weight in a few days because of water retention than that is scary, I definatly don't feel like I'm holding any water at all.
