My First Blast Cycle (very complete) PLEASE comment

I’ve been on site for a while now and have poured over the stickies as well as followed many active threads on this topic. I believe to have a decent grasp on diet and compounds.

Current Situation:
On TRT (120mg a week test Cyp E3.5D) This puts my TT at around 1000 (I’m a whopping 160 lbs.).
Adex - .25 E3.5D (will have blood results soon to determine if losing weight caused a drop in E2)
Ran a 3-month carb cycle with 3J to cut the belly fat and get below the magical 15% body fat. Diet was very effective and I dropped down to high school weight and waist size (30”).. and I’m 40 years old.
Currently eating 2600 calories a day:
- 250-300mg Protein
- 100-200 Carb
- ~50 fat
This is the same calories / carb intake as the 3J program I was using, minus the no carbs on weekends (try to stay around 100mg carbs on weekends – but I’m active)

The Cycle:
12 weeks
400mg T400 a week - Pin .5cc E3.5D
150mg Deca a week – Pin .25cc E3.5D
Will be using a slin pin
Adex - .5 EOD (or maybe .5 E3.5D?)

Get blood work at week 6?

The Cycle Diet:
Week 1 – increase to 3000 calories
Week 2 – Increase to 3400 calories
Week 3 – increase to 3800 calories
Week 4 – increase to 4000 calories (max out till week 12)
Week 12 – decrease to 3800 calories
End Blast and return to TRT protocol
Week 13 – decrease to 3600 calories
Week 14 decrease to 3400 calories
Week 14-17 Hold at 3200 calories
Week 18 – Hold at 3200 calories
Week 19 - Evaluate physique at this point determine if cut is necessary
If yes – run Anavar / drop calories to ~2600 / do cardio

There you have it - please toss in your .02. Would like some constructive criticism / advice on improvement.
 
If you're going to blast why not make it worth your time?

Is the deca supposed to be supplemental to your TRT? That's a real low dose, you won't get much anabolic effect from that. If you stick with deca you should go with 500 - 600mg weekly and extend that out to 16 weeks minimum. Deca is a real long ester man, it won't kick in til about 8 weeks.

T400 I would avoid if you have access to 250mg/ml T. Reason being higher concentrated gear tends to leave more post injection pain.

Why not simply raise your TRT dose to 500mg weekly enanthate for 12 weeks? Plus the AI. You could get some awesome gains off that easily. No need to play with deca atm. If you really wanted something else maybe dbol or anavar the first four weeks.

Yes - deca is more for joints.

Also the deca should help with t400 pip. Will mix the t400 and deca in the same pin.

I can't get my hands on enough cyp for a cycle, but t400 is readily available.
 
If your joints are sore look at your AI dose first. I'm telling you, that is most likely the problem if your joints ache.

Get bloods and take it from there.
 
What are your goals. Your diet says cut, but your stack says bulk.

? His maintenance calories look like 2600 calories and he is bumping up to 4000 cals on cycle,, Looks like a bulk diet to me (note: he is 160 pounds).

I'd say he needs to be more aggressive with his AAS blast if he wants to really bulk though.

I m not one to push higher doses but 150 deca--
1 is more like a therapeutic joint relief dose and 12 weeks while not worthless is minimal run I m o.

600 test
300 deca--with it s own set of potential sides....

???????

I've read you need to keep calories up after a bulk to not loose gains so im keeping calories high and very slowing lower back to maintenance. Will evaluate the need for a cut after the cycle is over .

I know test at 400mg a week is fairly conservative for a cycle but at my weight 400mg will affect me like some of the bigger guys taking 600mg.

How does the duration and calorie count look? How about ai?

Well if your worried about fat accumulation on a bulk, you could always try a very clean bulk with carb cycling, or if you are slightly carb intolerant and that's why you have issues with belly fat, then you could go for a ketogenic bulk, completely do-able with test and deca imo

Thanks - I was thinking about a carb cycle during bulk. I'm not a big fan of keto ( I just feel like ass with no , super low carbs), but carb cycling is gtg.
 
AI dosage can always be suggested on what to start at based on your cycle but you will need to do blood work 6 weeks in to see where you are with E2 and adjust accordingly
