My first cutting diet

yea... im tempted to go back on a diet where i can have more veggies. veggies keep me full and recently i seem almost constantly hungry on this diet. im surprised considering i started out my first two weeks of the induction phase pretty well... thought it would get and feel better and not worse lol. also very easy to go over my caloric limit cos of all those fats.

but oh well i wanna give this some time, stick with it longer and see how it plays out for me.

im sorry.. why cant u have veggies again?? i load on brocolli and spinach.. bell peppers and the such like celery when i go keto..
 
thought i had to be below 20g carbs for keto.
also thought since i dont have ketostix... and might be super sentitive too like Blondie but not know it... so better to be safe i guess. i do have some veggies... small amounts tho so i stay within my carb limit.

but i add all those veg back in on my weekly carb up... up to 200g of broccoli a sitting, at every meal.

heres my diet so far... some days i eat very often... break up my meals into smaller parts so i dont feel so hungry and dont get the urge to munch on something bad.

Sunday (off day)
10am - 5 egg whites, 2 yolks
12.50pm - 30g walnuts
2pm - 1 can tuna, 80g celery
3pm - 1 tbs almond butter
5pm - 100g ground beef, 3 egg whites
6pm - 1 tbs almond butter
7.30pm - 1 slice cheese (approx 14g)
9pm - 30g hazelnuts, 1 scp whey
136g protein / 90.4g fat / 24g carb / 1440 cal

Monday
-CARDIO-
7.30am - 5 whites, 2 yolks
9.30 - 1 tbs almond butter
12pm - 190g chicken breast
1.20pm - 30g walnuts
3.45pm - 120g tilapia, 30g green peppers
4.55pm - 30g brazil nuts
-TRAINING-
7.30pm - 1 scp whey
9pm - 190g chicken breast
11pm - 1 can tuna
242.6/66.6/20.7/1687

Tuesday
-CARDIO-
9.15am - 5 whites 2 yolks
10am - 30g brazil nuts
1.45pm - 30g hazelnuts, 200g tilapia
4pm - 4 pods okra, 1 can tuna, 1/2 tbs curry powder (for flavour, no salt)
-TRAINING-
7pm - 1 scp whey
8.45pm - 220g chicken breast
11pm - 30g brazil nuts
205.8/82.5/25/1665
