Starting my first test e cycle as soon as my bloods come back. Blog for both myself and other people to follow
Stats:
25 years old
168.2lbs 10% Bf
Powerlifting background just got into bodybuilding
Before cycle pics attached below.
Cycle consisting of.
12 Weeks Test E at 500mg a week
0.25 Adex EOD 15 weeks may increase to ED?
Nolva on hand for gyno symps
PCT
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Training consists of
PUSH/PULL/LEGS/R/PUSH/PULL/LEGS/R
Cardio 3 x a week.
2 x LISS 40mins Exercise Bike
1 X HIIT 24 mins Treadmill Intervals
Just finishing a cut so hopefully I'm primed cals were at 2600 and was still dropping 1lb a week.
Calculated TDEE as 2851.631
Bulk will begin at TDEE + 10% so 3137.
Standard daily diet below CALS/CARBS/PROS/FATS
Meal 1 - 07:00 - 50g whey + 110g oats - 632/70/54/13
Meal 2 - 10:00 -190g 10% beef mince + 350g mixed veg - 587/28/66/21
Meal 3 - 13:00 -150g Chicken Breast + 90g Basmati Rice - 569/69/55/7 (Pre Workout)
Meal 4 - 16:00 -150g Chicken Breast + 90g Basmati Rice - 569/69/55/7 (Post Workout)
Meal 5 - 19:00 -110g Chicken Breast + 50g Basmati Rice + 155g mixed veg - 446/50/42/6
Meal 6 - 22:00 -161g 10% beef mince - 332/1/46/16
Total Macros 3136/288/317/70
Depending on scale, measurements and mirror cals will be increased at 100 per week so will end up at anywhere between 3700-4500 towards end of cycle.
