Okay, so I have put lots of thought into what I want to achieve from a first cycle. I have decided that I am not willing to go Test because I do not want to put on sheer mass and I do not like Water Retention. I have also decided that I do not want to do Tren because of the the horrible Sex Kill stories I have heard. What I do want, is quality muscle mass, and about 10-15 lbs of it gained, while also achivieving a vascular, chiseled-hardened look. I also do not want to inject more than twice a week as a beginner, and I think everyone here can agree with that. So tell me what you think of my proposed cycle.
Weeks 1-10: Nolvadex (liquid form) 20mg every day
Weeks 1-10: Equipose 200mg on Tuesday and Friday each week (total 400mg week)
Weeks 5-10: Winstrol 50mg/every day (drink 1ml Oil solution at 50mg/mL-do not want to inject more than the Equipose)
Start post cycle therapy (pct) w Nolvadex and Clomid 14 days after last Equipose injection
......which I would like to hear your recommendations on how to run the post cycle therapy (pct) exactly

Weight: 169, about 11 lbs. of fat I am estimating..
Caloric intake of 2000 calories a day currently, with 160 grams of protein a day...I've been lifting for 5-6 years. My current gym schedule has been 5-6 days a week consistently for the past month and a half.
Im trying to tone down a bit more before I start the cycle.
If you feel this cycle is flawed in anyway, please tell me how you would fix it! If it is total shit, post how you would personally run an EQ/Winny Cycle! Thanks
