My First cycle (intor to the dark side)

well got told i should make a post and keep u guys updated so here it is

test E 500mg a week weeks 1-14
Dbol 30mg every day weeks 1-5
clomid for pct

just did my first injection yesterday was really easy did not mind at all cant wait to do next one

been doing good on diet eat about 6 times a day been trying to go with the cleanest diet possible my question is dose any one have any tips on what to eat living out of a hotel and working in the mall about 65-80ish hours a week so living on caned tuna and caned chicken protein shakes and outback steakhouse lol

living in a hotel..that would be rough on cycle. But theres a simple solution..by a hotplate stove. That way you can through some chicken in a frying pan, boil some noodles and through in the tuna or chicken with some sauce. Scrambled eggs in the A.M.
Try to get some veggies in you not just canned stuff. Hope you have enough time to lift

sorry about that stone sholdnt have added the question on the end it just poped in my head... but thank u guys for the idea i will go grab one of those tommrow morrning and get me some stuff to cook..mmm getting me hugry justt thinking about it lol god some home cooked food sounds good
 
well guys today was the second pin not as smooth this one i did by my self ( last one had some one else stab me in the ass) was just a little shakey moved the pin around a bit much but other than that i am loving it.. i pushed the boss into letting me get into a firnished appartment so made thing a bit easyer. so far i am up 4 pounds and loving it
 
hell yeah so nice to have a place to call " home " ish been eating like crazy 6+ times a day as much as i can. drinking about a gallon of water a day and all of that is so much easy with having a stove and a fridge
 
this would be week three was desided im going to go ahead and just start pining 2 times a week now that i am coming up on the part where the test will start kicking in.. so this pin was just 250mg of test E but so far up just about 7 pounds and people are starting to notice simply reply " you see how much food i have been eating" but lifts are going great doing more weight and just pumped as hell when i go in to the gym...

hey guys quick question when i pind this time when i pulled out the pin some of the gear leaked out.. what do i need to do to stop that and should i pin again with like 1/2 cc ??
 
Keep ur pin in for a few seconds after u finish injecting, then when you pull out apply a little pressure right away.
 
k will try and do that next time.. when i saw the "leak" i tryed to plug that thing as fast as possable and put a bit of presser on it.. do you think i will be good with what i got in or need to do a bit more to make up for it
