Hello everyone, I did extensive research for a few months before deciding on trying aas. I am currently 2.5 weeks into a test e cycle. Stats are:
Age-28
Height-6'1"
Beginning weight-155lbs (I know I should've waited and gained natty first to get to a better weight)
Current weight-172.6lbs

I started weight training a year ago but was not serious about it or my diet until 1.5-2 months before first shot of test e. I am currently eating between 3000-3500 calories per day. Not sure about macros, I've been consistently gaining so I figured my diet is decent. I train around 2-2.5 hours every day as follows (chest & tri's) (shoulder & traps) (back & biceps) (legs) I usually take 1 day off sometimes not. I try to switch it up. I had bloods taken 6 months prior for something un related and am waiting to recieve a copy. I will be getting next bloods in 1-2 weeks and after pct.
My current cycle is:
Weeks 1-12 500mg/wk test E
Weeks 2-14 500iu/wk Hcg (had to wait for sterile vial or it would've been from week 1)
Weeks 1-12? 1-14? Arimadex .25mg eod
(Not sure if I should take ai up to pct or stop at last pin, I need to refresh my memory at the beginner sticky)
Weeks 14-18 clomid & Nolva (again I need to read the beginner sticky for dosage)

So now to results, I started out at 155lbs and in about 4-8 weeks before first pin plus 2.5 weeks after first pin (so I'd say around 2ish MONTHS total of hard training and eating) put on 17 lbs in currently at 172.6lbs. I'm not sure if that is just diet and training since test e is a long acting ester and hasn't started giving its effects yet? I'm not sure, hopefully someone can help me with that question. I've noticed strength gains in every lift, nothing crazy just a steady increase. Stamina in the gym is awesome so far, I feel like I could stay there for 5 hours. I've been having erections everyday since, id say day 3-4 after first pin. I did start to have some atrophy issues after week 1. But 250mg of Hcg 2x per week cleared that right up, which I'm super happy I took it, no one likes shrunk nuts!! That's about it so far, I'm excited to keep seeing results and to keep eating like a mad man and trading hard. I'll be trying to keep up on my results here every week so maybe it can help someone else. I'm sure my experience so far wouldn't be as good if it weren't for ology. Thanks!

Oh and I'm taking 2 protein shakes per day (about 900 calories each with milk)
C4 pre work out before gym
Bcaa's all day and during gym
Fish oil 2x per day
Creatine 2x per day
Multi vitamin 1x per day

If I've missed anything or dosages need tweaking any help would be appreciated!

I think you made a mistake starting a cycle with the little bit of knowledge you have. You should of focused on learning your body dialing in a diet learning how to workout before just jumping on cycle. Your first cycle is always the best cycle you will have. Without a diet in place or even knowing what to eat and when you will not be able to maintain your gains I suggest getting off doing a full pct and learning read everything. I'm not trying to bash you but you are going about things very wrong and you will regret it down the road.

post your diet on 3j's diet section he might be able to help you
take the ai till the last week of ur shot and based on how much u need just up the dosage.
everything else looks good.

Thank you and appreciate the advice

Gear use is not like using creatine not so forgiving. I believe turning to gear after a few months of lifting is very careless and lazy . People giving u advice is also encouraging abuse these are drugs shame on them . Steroids should b used to push past platoes excuse my spelling. With 2 solid months of serious lifting u have no base. No idea of diet nothing. guarantee based on your lack of patients you did extensive research on gear but no research on diet or training. I'm bashing you because so many people want the look without putting In the time. Blood sweat and years I wish you luck but I think abd I'm sure the vets would agree you should wait atleast a year before considering gear use. I guarantee you will loose all your gains post cycle and u can thank the fine members here eith the great advice. Advising a 2 month lifter with a cycle is dumb but hey what do I know

well since your already on cycle, I am not going to say it was a bad idea. (which it was)
However you need to run your AI up until the start of PCT because after your last pin the remaining estrogen does not just disappear. I would take some serious time and read read read these forums.

Thank you for all of the advice, that's why I posted here in the first place even if it's not what I want to hear.
I've been an athlete my whole life up until 4 years ago in which I still went to the gym, I just didn't train to gain weight, mostly to stay in shape. This past year in the gym in no way was I taking it easy, I wasn't trying as hard as I am now. I understand that I should've been training this way for at least a year before aas. Also my diet, I'm not eating cereal and Burger King every day.
My diet looks like this every day:

1st meal 7am
4 eggs whole with cheese
2 pieces Ezekiel bread with butter
Glass of milk

2nd meal 10ish am
*Sometimes protein shake*
Greek yogurt
Cheese, grapes, crackers
Apple juice

3rd meal 12-1
(Meal prep'd for the week)
8oz chicken breast
2 cups sweet potatoes
2 cups rice
2cups veg

4th meal (before gym) 3-4pm
Pb&j on Ezekiel bread
Some sort of nuts
Pre workout

5th meal (post gym) 7pm
8 oz Meat (usually beef or chicken)
3 cups sweet potatoes
3 cups rice
2-3 cups veg

6th meal 9-10pm
*Sometimes protein shake with milk*
Sometimes 3-4 whole eggs
2 pieces bread
Sometimes 6oz chicken breast
Sweet potatoes
Rice and veg

are you specifically tracking your macros and calories?? if so, can you post them please??

looking at the diet, it needs a few adjustments, but its not that bad

I'm not tracking macros as of right now. I've always been thin super fast metabolism. Not that I don't want to, I'm sure I can really dial in my diet to achieve the best results and keep them long term. My goal before starting was to go from 155 to 185 ish being as I'm 6'1" I think that's a good weight for my body type. I can figure out macros to better tweak my diet.

Update: sorry I've been busy but I wanted to stop by and post some updates. I hit what seemed to be a wall around 175lbs. So I upped my calorie intake, basically same meals as listed above, just more food as I am now around 20lbs heavier. I finally broke through 180lbs today which was awesome!! Strength is really growing also, today I felt like I couldn't find a heavy dumbbell in the gym while doing bent over rows. I'm trying not to go crazy and get hurt but I'm def pushing myself everyday. Vascularity is getting crazier by the day it seems, especially in my shoulders/upper chest area. No more sore balls at all and nipples still get a little sensitive only in the gym then quickly subsides. Also one thing I forgot to mention in my very first post was I was pretty sore from pinning in my ass for 3-4 days after each shot. My first shit ever I decided to go with a 23g in my thigh which gave me dead leg for daysss lol So much so I was alternating between butt and thigh. I've just been doing butt recently because it's 100x better and I barely feel it the next day. I usually take a hot shower right before, warm up vial before and push very slow. Maybe taking 30-45 seconds to push then rolling a pill bottle over the area for a few minutes, really seems to help me. I did notice some hair in my sink which has never happened ever. I thought it was dog hair until I started to rub my head over the sink and realized it was coming from my head. Lastly, I've been doing 3j's reverse pyramid workout and it's been doing wonders for me. I get a great pump by the end of the first set, def recommend it for anyone wanting to switch it up. I think that's about it, oh I was curious if I could use a 29 gauge insulin syringe so I tried it in my thigh as its only 1/2" long. Worked incredibly with NO pain or soreness after. Wasn't even bad pushing with it either which I was surprised. Anyway thanks for advice and thanks if you are reading this and giving feed back positive or negative!
