when you say eat like a horse, what do you mean?
Eating in general, and eating to build muscle are 2 different things..........
Go to diet forum and look for Jamy (moderator) he will put you on the right path as far as diet is concerned.

I think most people would say Test E for atleast 10 weeks. as it takes almost 5 weeks to really even notice anything.
 
You'll more then likely make gains running 300mg but you'll probably see more at 400-500mg.

yes i can see what u mean about the sides comin down thje more u dose.

I think after taking what u and the others said into consideration. Maybe im not ready just yet for my first cycle hense the fear of sides. lol. Im gonna crack on and try and push through the plateu naturally and see where i am in a coupl of months. I'll stash away the gear till then. Thanx for all for ur help. Ill keep u posted

eatin to build muscle. put on 10 lbs not much fat

Good... I think you can make good gains by eating more.

i will say again-for an active person-especially one on test-i dont see 3000 cals being much over maintenance-jamy where you at?
