My first cycle

Wed May 5

Took a 75mg shot of tren and it felt fucking great! Felt kinda like I was on fat burners the whole day. I can't imagine how it will be once the mass and strength gains start coming from that. Even better.

My plan for that was EOD, but I would like to maybe go ED. Maybe I could try 50mg ED and see what happens.

My only complaint so far is my diet. I'm hitting 4,000 cals a day now, but I am taking in a lot of fat to get to that goal... my belly has gotten a little bigger. The day after my migraine I had 2 double cheeseburgers from BK. And the last two mornings I had a burrito with the Mexican sausage in it. I don't know how to spell it.

Any ways, I have been been doing a little cheating to get to my goal of 4,000 cals a day.

I'm going to start doing cardio 3 times a week and that should help out some of my belly.
 
Fri May 7th
First quad injection today with 75mg tren. Just a little pinch with no blood. Didn't hurt, but might feel like a little bruise tomorow.

I need to get some smaller needles for bi injections. Then I will rotate delts, quads, peks, bis for my 8 sites.

All is well. Wrapping up my 2nd week and a few family members have noticed a bit of a size increase. Nothing huge, but progress is progress. Its still early. I think my arms have grown the most so far. Thats A OK with me :)
 
I saw a doc yesterday about this pain I have been having that got worst earlier this week while I was doing heavy front shrugs.

To make a long story short, Pullinbig mentioned how he has worked around many injuries before which made me think how I could at least keep working out my upper body. After seeing the doc I was preparing to not workout for about a month, but today I tried working out and it was great. I did my peks and tris.

When I got to the gym a bro that I am really cool with who knows that I am doing gear was amazed at my size, telling me that my traps are looking a lot bigger and my chest to. My cycle is really starting to show now and sucks thinking about quitting the cycle. I had a great workout btw.

After the workout I went out with a buddy that I haven't seen for about 5 weeks and he was telling me how much bigger I look in my calfs, arms, fores, delts, traps, peks and asking me if I was going to quit or continue. I decided to keep on. I can't stop now, i'm really starting to make some great changes. Once I am healthy I will just blast my legs and lower back like crazy and try to catch them up with my upper body.

So I will plan to stay on until my cycle ends and as long as I can continue to blast my upper body with 100% max intensity.

In a few weeks I hope to be able to do hacks and leg presses.

Once my back feels 100% in about 6 weeks I probably won't jump into deads and squats right off the bat. I will wait a while longer and play it safe.

I never had a problem with my upper body except for shrugs, but I can just do the hammer shrug machine and sit down against the back rest. I am not to happy about doing hammer machine rows since I love doing bar/dumb rows, but I simply can't do bent over rows for now.

Its a hard decian to make, but my legs grow a little faster than my upper body, so maybe it won't be so bad?

What do you all think?

Trying to up my calories another 1000 AT LEAST.
I am getting bigger, but my strength is increasing as fast as it was when I was natty. Maybe the calories will help? We shall see. I will turn my body into lee priests off season look, without 90% of the muscle hehe. Johnny B's good read on calories opened my eyes that I NEED MORE!

most people dont realize they need more calories , especially when they have been on cycle a while . i think the extra food is just what you need .

Hey guys.

I am eating about 4700-5000 cals per day now. Plus my food choices have been getting better. My goal is to eat at least 5000 per day now. I am slowing down the quick fixes (burgers and other high pro/fat/cal junk food) too. My weight is 220, started at 204. My belly is a little bigger, but most of the gain is water. People still tell me I am getting bigger and that should continue if I keep upping my cals. I am returning back to work for the first time in two weeks because of my back. I work with about 20 guys so it will be interesting to see if anyone says anything about my size.

My plan for the cycle was 6 weeks. I wanted to do a series of short cycles like RealGains had mentioned in a thread a few months back, but I dunno now. I might go 10 weeks or more. This is very addicting and I feel like I am getting greedy with myself.

Its funny because when I first decided I wanted to take steroids, it was to catch up to where i thought I should be (I used to workout when I was younger and stopped) and then I would stop. Then I realized it doesn't quite work that way. Then I was into just doing short cycles. Now i'm getting to the point where I don't ever want to get off hehe

Now I am looking into bridges and such. I'm getting a bit ahead of myself, but I shall calm down. Health is #1

I had started taking tren AC with the test, but stopped the tren once I hurt my back cause I wasn't sure if I was going to quit the entire cycle. And the combo of first cycle / back problem, I figured I would just accept the test only advice like I should have to begin with. NOTE: I love the way I felt on tren!

I just got 32 Iranians and are itching to take them. I was thinking if I stop this cycle at 6 weeks like I had originally planned, I could recover faster and start 1 of 2 8week enth cycles or a 16 weeker. Also, by then I would be able to do legg presses and hack squats and maybe SLDL's or at least leg curls. But when the 6th week gets here I may not want to stop.

Whenever I do stop I am going to cycle clen/eca during post cycle therapy (pct) and then a clomid/nolva bridge until my Iranian enth / tren enth cycle. This is addicting! So many options, so little time :D

BTW my back is felling a bit better. I miss doing bent over bar rows but I discovered the hammer lateral low row machine. Feels similar and will do until I can bend over row again.

Also, my legs grow pretty fast so working only my upper body (and calfs) for 1/2 or a full cycle might not be so bad. It might give me more balance than I had before when I used to workout. My legs were huge! Time will tell.
