My first cycle

Hey guys,

I am pretty new to roids and just discovered this website. I just received in the mail the stuff for my cycle, I wanted to do a small cycle first since this is my first attempt at juicing. I am 25, 5"9, 158 pounds, and my bf is at about 15% (mostly belly). Here is how I am planning it:

week 1: dbol 10mg/day
week 2: dbol 15mg/day, deca 100mg/week
week 3: dbol 20mg/day, deca 100mg/week
week 4: dbol 15mg/day, deca 100mg/week
week 5: dbol 10mg/day

Does this sound ok for a first time experience? Any risk of side effects? Thanks in advance for any insights.
 
I wouldn't do that. I would just run some test. about 500mg a week for about 6 to 8 weeks. long acting so you dont have to inject but once a week. I think you need to do some more research. And I don't know about the deca but that amount of dbol wouldn't do anything for me but stress the liver a bit.
 
Horrible cycle. You aren't even running the deca long enough to feel anything from it, except maybe a loss of libido.

If I were you, I'd cut down a bit first then run test. You're probably going to bloat up on test, and with 15% bodyfat, you'll probably feel quite a bit fatter than that, which could lead to a lot of discouragement.
You may also want to consider trying to hit at least 180 lbs with decent bodyfat naturally before you take anything. And when you do take anything, it should be test only for your first cycle. Deca is one of the most supressive steroids and dbol is an oral. You don't want to take an oral on your first cycle... Did I mention that dbol's sides tend to be worse than for testosterone?

First off, your gonna get this response a lot. So lemmie give it to you straight. At 5'9" your not very big at 160 lbs, not to mention with 15% bodyfat. You could definately drop some bf and put on some muscle, say at least another 20lbs. I know it sucks to hear, but it's the truth. You should really try to put on as much muscle naturally as possible. I don't mean to judge here, but at your weight you probably either:

a) don't know how to train / eat properly or with consistency

or

b) haven't been doing the above long enough to have satisfactory gains.

Now, for your cycle. I think it's a very shitty first cycle. Horrible. Your first cycle should be a long ester Testosterone, because this will be the base for all your future cycles. Also, only using one type of steroid will allow to see how you react to that specific steroid. On your 2nd cycle, you could throw in another compound and keep goin from there. Also, from what I hear, you should Always run Test with deca to avoid becoming a flaccid mother fucker. They call it "Deca Dick".

Also, I don't see any post cycle therapy (pct) (Post cycle therapy). This is a scheduled therapy that you do after your cycle. It really helps to maintain your gains and most importantly, re-start your natural testosterone production. You should really read the following:

Finally, I think you really need to read up a little more. There are plenty of articles on this site that are informative and come from people who have a lot of cycle expereience. Also, don't be upset if we bust your balls. Here people are going to give it to you straight whether you like it or not, but you can almost always count on them give you the best advice.

Thanks for all the advice so far. I guess I would fit on b, I have been training instensively for only 2 months, I would say I am in good shape, altho I don't have ALOT of muscle my body looks toned, except for the belly. I was planing to begin that cycle on the last week of march, that would give me more time to lower the body fat and get more muscle.

Where can I find more info about "running test", and is there any way I can modify that cycle to make it useful? Since I already bought all that stuff.
 
Why dont you post your diet and your workout? That way if you actually carry out your cycle (which is the worst I have EVER seen) you will atleast be training and eating right (which in the long run will give you the gains you want . . . without juice!)
 
A cycle for a 5'9" man at 158 lbs and 15% bodyfat is completely wrong. It is pathetic.

WEB11: Want to grow? Spend some time in our training and diet forums. Learn to eat right. You can be 185 lbs in no time without any gear.
 
Dont consider doing a cycle with those stats. You have no real idea of what youll have to know to even gain good from steroids. Start by getting you diet fixed by someone, then training where you write down everything, then see to it that you sleep atleast 8 good hours every night. Do this and youll be gaining GOOD natural.

Steroids are no magical answer.
 
I agree with the others that said you're not ready for roids.

You need to reach at least 190 lbs, 12% bf NATURAL.
You will be grateful in the future.
You'll learn a lot about training, diet and resting during that time and those things are the most important for growing.

I'm 5'8, 171 lbs, 14% bf and still doing it natural.
