my first pin is tomorrow any tips

So just got through my first week of test cyp first cycle. My buddy pinned my shoulder and quad. So tomorrow imma do it myself in my quad any tips on doing it yourself and any tips for glutes? Will be rotating between glutes and quads for now!! Will be using 23g with 1 inch needle since those r what my buddy got me!!

Tx guys. Ya my buddy pinned me 2 times one on delt n other on quad. When he did it it the pain wasnt bad but bow that imma do it i know its gonna be different but ya il try n r elax lol how did your guys first pin go? And 25g is that with a 1.5 inch top
 
2 times in one delt? I dont like that idea. 1 pin in delt at a time..i max out at 2cc in my delt, but i have big delts, some people may be able to put a little more or a little less
 
honestly the first time you do it yourself it is a little scary, just relax - your adrenaline will pump a bit, you may sweat and shake a little as it is nerve wracking. but once you do it a few times you will honestly be counting down the days before you pin again - and then when you are off cycle you will miss it. its weird, but unless you have a absolute phobia of needles/shots, i swear what im telling you is true :P
 
^THIS! Also when I pin quads I stretch the skin to make it tight so it glides right in and no resistance once I get close to the end of the needle I let go of this skin and can't even notice it (25g by the way). Don't forget to aspirate!
 
I use to pin Quads, the Pip from them is just so bad. It if affects u man, then ur going to feel it everywhere during ur job and working out. I found out that glutes are THE BEST spot to pin. Can hold tons and no PIP ever really. It's hard to reach at first, but over time it becomes pretty simple.

I think aspirating is a waste of time too, so don't bother with that.

Also, my best tip too, is don't go crazy with cals if ur running long esters in the start. When I did my first 500 test, I ate so much during the first few weeks and sure didn't get as much gains as I hoped for compared to fat. So If u are running long esters, just really lean bulk till about 3-5 weeks, then make sure they are up for the remainder of the cycle.
 
Around a year ago, my wife was eating dinner and I came out of the bathroom with a syringe
sticking out of my delt and said... "hunny did you see my syringe anywhere?" :dunno:

Don't do that.

My point is that it gets easy. :D
 
Stretch your skin? I see on youtube and heard people pinch a chunk of their skin together on tgeir quad when injecting said uts easier to go in is this true
 
make sure your diet is on point with cycle.. dont eyeball and guess shit..

have a plan!!

I started with my quads (aka thighs). Very large muscle, very few veins to hit, and easy to see what you are doing.
