My first serious recomp cycle

OK well you can pin it in the same needle that's no worries but test prop needs to be pinned e2nd day or eod because it's a short Ester it works straight away and wares off quickly if you use test e you can pin it only twice a week but it takes about 5 weeks to start working so you will still feel like dick for weeks test prop will start making you feel better straight away

understood. think i'll go with test p 3 shots per week, 2 mixed with tren.

is being depressed and emotionally unstable a tren side effect? I feel like the sky is falling on my head. I'm so uncontrollably depressed, like i'm having a crash from some drug.

Play with fire, you get burned.

"We'll see", you said.

"I told you so", I say.

I'm actually happy I'm on cycle and can't wait to see some real results, even the slightest. I dropped a bit of fat already and my strength has come up significantly. I already feel the Tren demon is going to get born in me soon. So, thanks for your care. Appreciate it my friend. A little depression wont kill me.

Fuck the dumbbels. They're for old people. I sold my expensive videocard now and i'll go to the gym in few days. I'm decided and excited to start. Going to be on Tren for 6 months and train hard in the gym 5-6 days a week. First month i'll also pay a personal trainer to put me back on track asap. How's this sound?

Diet adjustment for the purpose of LBM gains (together with burning fat):

My daily diet:

3 boiled chicken eggs - 18gr protein / 234 kcal / 0 carbs / 15gr fats
200gr low-fat cottage cheese - 36gr protein / 272 kcal / 12gr carbs / 8gr fats
100gr whey protein = 80gr protein / 400 kcal / 0 carbs / 0 fats
2 whey bar = 22 gr protein / 476 kcal / 50gr carbs / 20gr fats
200gr cooked pork chop = 50gr protein / 484 kcal / 0 carbs / 28gr fats
200gr basmati rice = 3gr protein / 144 kcal / 34gr carbs / 0gr fats
Couple of veggies = a green lettuce, a red pepper and fruits (2 kiwis or a orange)

Supplements: Creatine Monohydrate / NO2 / Vitamin Complex

Total intake: ~ 209gr protein, 110gr carbs, 71gr fats, 2100 kcal

BMR: ~ 1700 kcal (sedentary)
TDEE: ~ 2000 kcal (weight training 5 times a week)

Ditch the 'whey bars', they seem to be better suited being called 'carb bars', find something better more nutritional in its place. When I was at maintenance cals I ate a shit ton of tuna, mixed with very little reduced fat mayo and pepper, eaten just like that no bread. 120 cals per can 26 protein 0 carbs. 2 cans per meal. Split up your protein powder into 2 different shakes, u don't need to consume 80 grams protein at once. Cut the fat off the pork chops and don't go crazy with marinades and sauces they are the devil. 6 months tren for ur first go? Make it a year, go big or go home crazy man. Jk, don't do that.

I can't stand fish. Isn't it good enough if it fits my macros? remember, I want to be in a surplus while on Tren. fat will melt anyway. being low carb and in caloric deficit has horrible effects on me, it's a complete disaster.

2100 cals is surplus?? Tuna was a suggestion theres a million things u can eat other than the whey bars. Shit like that is just good for when ur on the go and dont have time for a meal, its better than nothing. Let us know how that 'fat melting' goes

Sure, 2100 cals is 100-200 above daily needs.

TDEE barely gets me 300 extra kcals burnt in a weight training routine at the gym in one of the 5 training days and BMR is 1700. My calcuations may be off, but not by much. I'm sure it's a surplus.

Word. Just pay close attention to what you are eating and how it affects your body and make adjustments foomanchoo

online calculators are very generic . it really is just a baseline , and then it depends on your metabolism . your TDEE could be 2100 cals but your metabolism is very efficient and could easily have a 'real' baseline of say 1900 cals, or could be opposite , your baseline may be 2100 and metabolism is inefficient and requires 3200 cals to maintain.

just depends . also keep in mind that Tren can limit you natural production of T3. while the nutrient partitioning effects of Tren are great and you'll be driving nutrients into muscle while burring fat, just keep in mind your metabolism could slow down and you may need to adjust your TDEE. or you could counter act this by running T3 with the tren and speed up things with more emphasis on fat burning

So can't I just run Cardarine instead of T3 for the same fat burning emphasis? Or is T3 much more effective?

oh you don't have to run either of those to loose fat. you can run Cardarine no prob (its got little known side effects and plenty of benefits) . my point was only about your TDEE and calorie needs, and how that may change while running Tren , being Tren will alter your normal natural production of T3. Tren may down regulate your natty T3, reason why guys will run T3 with a tren cycle

* T3 is a thyroid hormone responsible in metabolism function
* Cardarine is a man made research chem

Yes, indeed. Point noted. thanks.
