My first serious recomp cycle

I know 90% of what to do in a gym, I trained there 1.5 years before working out at home and if i don't recall something correctly, I'll know how in one or two weeks from the moment I get back. It's not rocket science. Also you should read again what I said, you are missing the important and obvious points that I make and only reading and understanding what you want. Stop twisting my words, I see it's a general tendency here. I said if i go to a gym, that was the basic condition, i'm not stupid to stay at home half a year on tren and waste my money, time and health on that. I already know it would be generally great using it while working out at the gym, getting big and shredded, was looking for more varied opinions on tren use in the long-term, from those who used it for such long periods. Simple as that.

Funny, I've been training for over a decade and I'm still learning. I'm confident when I say you certainly do not know 90% of training, nor diet nor AAS.

Really though, you don't listen to advice and your overconfident. Do what you will. Go on tren for 6 months. Workout at home. But do us a favor: don't disappear without telling us how it all went for you.

I know 90% of the basics of training and nutrition, enough to get far and start looking good once I step into the gym. I am not claiming to be half of a expert. I am claiming to not be new to the concepts. Me training at home doesn't mean I don't know how to get where I want. It means i'm in a period where I need to motivate myself and start doing what I have to.

You put the cart before the horse.

You're supposed to have been motivated and firing on all cylinders before you start injecting the worlds most powerful AAS.

Your asking if tren administered for 6 months in 400 mg / week doses + test 100 mg / week will transform you completely into a beast? and you want to work out at home during this (which in and of itself is not bad at all depending on what gym equipment you have there).
But all said and done ABSOLUTELY NOT.

and if our members above give you any resistance or get on your case as to this course of action that you are thinking about, it is only because they care about your wellbeing. We care here at ology. If noone cared we would all say go for it and keep us logged but no. These guys care and want the best for you and if these highly knowledgeable/wise members who know their shit inside and out say slow down and think it through and prepare yourself better before taking the plunge then you BETTER SLOW DOWN AND THINK IT THROUGH. Fortune favors the prepared, a wise man once said.
Its your choice and I hope you can see that Im not busting on you but rather that I care as well and dont want to see anyone get fucked up.

Having said that,
Looking forward to your logs!

There's nothing wrong with training at home as long as you have the right gear to do so
I prefer training at home I haven't got friends to gym with if I had a decent training partner I'd probably go to the gym more but I've got dumbells curl bar bench squat rack kettle bells and a cable machine speed ball boxing bag chin up bar at home
Plus I like being able to blast music spit swear grunt yell pace around like a caged animal can't be doing that at the local gym

Fuck yea blake. I would work out at home if I had the right stuff... weights are fuckin expensive!!! But if I remember correct this dude only has a couple dumbells, biggest being 45 lbs. Ok you could get down on some bicep curls but what about chest/back/shoulders/legs???? There is no way he is getting any kind of proper workout in, especially not one to take advantage of being on gear. That's what I meant. And if you are waiting to get stronger to go to the gym for some reason, that's not gonna get you there, and you should already have a good solid amount of strength before jumping on gear. K I hope the best for you man I'll butt out now

Ah yea man this dude may as well just be doing push ups a set of dumbells is going to do sweet fuck all I was more talking to milt when he said there's nothing wrong with training at home if you got the right gear just agreeing with him lol wasn't having a dig at you brother

maybe your not going to the right gym. :)

I get down in LA fitness lol, people lookin at me all crazy haha. I really don't give a fuck, when you're using the heaviest dumbells in the gym for reps and are one of the only serious guys there I think you have the right to an occasional grunt and dropping weights. I don't know why but when I drop those dumbells and get them to hit the floor at the same time I love that sound. Get some

That's great. I'll go to a gym. maybe i'l become a mini beast at least.

Do everyone in the gym a favor, including yourself.... don't lift heavier than you can with shit form. I respect a guy doing a lift with lower weight/correct form rather than trying to throw up something ridiculous with terrible form. You'll hurt yourself, you'll look stupid, you won't make any friends, and you won't make gains. K bye

first Gym i started going to years back was the 'fitness' section attached to the tennis center of the county club I was a member at . Figured I already paid for a membership being I played golf there all the time . but man , working out in this tiny little tennis gym with little old ladies warming up for their tennis match , and only having 60 pound dumbbells , lol that did not last long.
dropping the dumbbells was actually dangerous , could of gave some old gizzer a heart attack I'm sure.

Yes, I'm well aware of this already. Thanks.
