ok wont happen again, sorry. it's not like I did it with intent or didnt care about rules, I didnt sleep last night, went to a club all night and got drunk ,now posting. you can figure the rest.
i think minimally. i didnt even eat anything the day i binge drinked and moved a lot. it was like 5 beers, a glass of wine and 2 tequila shots. and later on some kebab beef with some onion, pickles and the enveloping wheat crust. also read a very detailed scientific compilation of studies that prove how overhyped drinking is when saying it affects fat loss and muscle building .it shows clearly that the negative effects of alcohol are minimal,negligible.
