just started my first cycle of sustanon 250 my friends been doing steroids for a long time he says that i should take 500 ml every tuesday because it will stay in my system for close to 7-8 days ive done my research and it looks like everyone does 2 injections a week of 250ml .. let me know if its ok what im doing.

yes, something like Friday morning / Monday night or some split you like so the blood levels are more constant
