Diet is as follows:
Wake-up 1/2 scoop BSN Amino-X(5 grams), Bodybuilding.com's BCAA's (5 grams)
Meal 1: 3 whole eggs 3 egg whites, 2 slices cheese, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with PB, 2 cups apple juice, blue berries, cranberries, 1 banana, 1/2 scoop Cutler Total protein (blend into a smoothie) 1 packet oats, Animal Pak multi-vitamin, Abundant health Fish-oil 3000 mg, Super Dmz 2.0 1 capsule, Blackstone Labs Gear support 1 Capsule.
Meal 2: Gatorade recovery protein bar, 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
Meal 3: 8 ounces chicken, 1 cup whole wheat pasta, veggies
Meal 4: 8 ounces Red meat, handful of nuts, yogurt, veggies
Meal 5: 8 ounces chicken, 1 cup rice, veggies
Meal 6: 8 ounces Red meat, 8 ounces sweet potato, piece of fruit, veggies
Pre -workout : Cutler pre workout, 5 grams creatine monohydrate, 5 grams bcaa's
Mid-workout 1/2 Gallon Water (5 Grams amino-x, 5 grams bcaa powder)
Post workout: 5 grams BCAA's, 5 grams creatine Monohydrate, 2 scoops Cutler total Protein, 80 grams dextrose, Vitamin A-25,000 IU, Vitamin C-1000, Selenium 100 mcg, Zinc 50 mg, Vitamin D-10,000 IU, Super DMZ 2.0 1 Capsule, Gear support 1 Capsule, 3000 Mg fish oil.
Middle of the night: 2 scoops protein, nuts.
Weight 191 pounds
Body Fat 13 percent
Water intake 2 Gallons a day.
Will be updating after my first weight training session on cycle tonight!
 
Day 1: Cardio and abs


Day 2: Upper Body


Bench press 225x10 for four sets focusing on slow contractions, squeezing the muscle and doing pause reps.


Elevated pushup with foot on bench, 3 sets to max 30 seconds rest. 75, 50, 30


Barbell Row 225x12, 235x10, 245x8, 245x8


Weighted Pull-up, 45 pound plate 5 Reps, 25 x8, 25x8, Slow movement


Dumbbell curl, 45x12, 40x10, 35x12, 35x12 (60 seconds rest)


Skull Crushers EZ Bar, 45 pound plate on both sides 10 reps for four sets


Tricep pushdown super set with 40 x12 for 3 sets (minimal rest)


concentration curls 30x12 for 3 sets (minimal rest)


Upright Row Superset 95x12 for 3 sets


Seated military press 135x10-12 for 3 sets.


Note, I've been dealing with shoulder tendonitis for which I use penetrex crème, a shoulder brace, aleve, and ice. I usually do reps in the 6-8 range (for mass) but I was pressed for time so I combined exercises, dropping the weight a bit and focusing on slow contractions with explosive pushing motions. Overall I felt pretty good, Day 3 is today, day 2 was yesterday and day 1 was cardio and abs! Will post results tonight, Lower body today!
