my girl is starting fitness competitions//cycle help

my girl is starting fitness competitions. shes 5'10, 115, very low body fat obviously..she has an 8 pack abs. but needs to pack on some more muscle. what kinda cycles would be good for her? im gonna get her a username on here...
 
just knowing her weight and height doesn't give us much; i'd like to know her workout experience, years of training, etc. what's her diet and training like? what are her measurements? thx! and by all means get her on here; there's tons of info for her!

yea, she decided on figure comp not fitness, and she is at 120 now, and actually only 5'9 but we say she is taller...
anyways, she has always been a basketball player, but shes been running and hitting the gym pretty hard core for the past year...she has ripped abs, obviously no fat, she just needs to work on her bi's and quads for the most part....everything is pretty developed...

anyways, were looking at Anavar, Winstrol (winny) pills, and clen...wat are some suggested cycles for those substances?
 
if she's only been training for 1 year, Id suggest waiting on a cycle. A year is not enough time to allow her own body to reach its peak. Train hard, eat right, enough recovery and patience.

could'nt agree more with you reese23...and of course the hard part is the patience...She needs time to figure out her own natural body gains....DROPSET
