My grocery cart for 2 weeks worth of meals...

Shit....I might have to give 3J a try. I like that list and for $70 a week, that really kicks ass. What kind of plan did you do with 3J?

No offense to 3J he is very good at what he does and I would encourage you to talk to him.

This, however, is my plan. I've done this fro 27 years now so I've learn what works best for my body over the course of time.

I want my hands on that meal plan :wackit:

I eat a lot of the same stuff as Cashout, but I need my vegetables, walnuts, almonds and more fruit than just apples, but then again, I'm running around 25% body fat...... so I guess I'm doing it wrong.....

So you for real eat on about 70 dollars a week? Good lord I'm doing something wrong...

Yes. That's about what it cost me to eat for a week.

That is why I always call folks on the carpet when they claim that it cost too much to eat 5 meals a day and follow a bodybuilding diet.

It is much cheaper than the normal person's diet.

If you break it down, I do it for about $10 bucks a day.

$2 bucks a meal.

Think about that...

I already got one...but I just wanted to eat 5 times a day not freaking seven...I guess up my serving of rice...fuck trying to ask for anybody's meal plan without paying for it!

That is actually MuscleTech 5 lbs bag for $32 in the picture.

My grocery cart looks alot like yours minus the crystal light, egg whites, and rice.

I add whole eggs, greek yogurt, orowheat whole wheat thins, tuna and peanut butter (my son and I eat the same foods) just smaller portions for him.

You don't add any vegatables or other fruits to your diet, just apples?

Smilee- our Costco has egg whites in cartons. Yours doesn't have that? Also, the 5 dozen eggs here are $8.00 . You're getting a steal if you get 15 dozen for $16!!!!

We do have the egg whites in the cartons at the Costco here too, however for the amount of egg whites my son and I eat it is still cheaper to pick up the 15 dozen (the price went up this week to $18 but it's still pretty cheap). This single momma gets absolutely no help from my son's dad financially so I have to pinch and save where I can to provide my son and I with the things we need. :)

No. I don't do veggies because they tend to be relatively light in macros like carbs and protein and they just fill me up. I like to try to get the most bang for the buck so to speak.

only problem is if you're from the uk a pound of chicken breast costs about 6.50 dollars when converted, making 182 dollars on chicken breast alone, nice try though.

Sound like a personal problem for you not me. Nice try though...
