My journey from 240lb 30%bf... Tren/Test/T-bol (UPDATED WITH PICS)

Hey guys.. this is my 1st post and would like to share my progress with you guys. Sorry for the lame pics..it's the only ones I have right now!




2 years ago I was extremely out of shape.. The first 2 pics is me at 6'0ft 240lbs...

I don't have any shirtless photos.. but you could image the horror that lies beneath.. LOL


I dieted down for 6 months to 196lbs... with NO supplements. I am now on a Tren/Test/T-bol cycle... These other 2 pics are me at 225-230ish... about halfway into my cycle.... ALOT leaner but still no abs yet!

I'm not looking to get huge... but I would love to add about 10-15 more lbs of lean muscle and lose the rest of my BF. I started cutting this week and was curious how much of my frame I would lose if I got down to 10% BF... I know Tren/test and the t-bol will help me hang on to what I have. I'm just worried I will look tiny! Maybe I'm a little paranoid...

You guys think I need to lose about 30lbs or so to see my abs?

ab's are made in the kitchen bro .. more power to you thou mate on your way just keep dieting and lifting the rest will come in time!!

Agreed....your priorities need to be:

1. Diet
2. Train fucking hard
3. Cardio

It will all fall into place bro...and yes...yes the chemicals will help !!
 
Are u on an IA ?

Half way in ? Assuming 6 weeks into a 12? What dosage are you running of the compounds? What is your cycle and training history ?

Running Tren e at 500wk test e at 450wk and tbol at 60mg a day. No terrible sides exept mentally. Im naturally a pretty laid back and social but the tren makes me VERY paranoid with high social anxiety. On the edge all the time... Think my fiance is running around behind my back. Ill sit and get so worked up about little things. Then not an hour later ill think.. "i cant believe that got me so worked up!".... Very quick mood swings! Other than that its great. I love how androgenic tren is.. The reduction in water weight is great because of the bloat from test e.

As far as training.. Ive lifted for 5 years in which the last 2 have been very serious

Holy tren- 15% is a when your abs start coming out. Aromatase inhibitor (AI) will help with the bloat brother, big time. Your nipples look to be flaring, so I would definitely look into an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) asap.

The most important thing about cutting up is the diet and workout routine as everyone else in here is saying. What worked for me was i went on low fat diet and changed my routine to doing 12-15 reps per set with a comfortable weight and doing cardio after. I went from 200-165 in 3 months but now im up to 220 but im much more solid that i used to be lol
 
just curious what is your body fat right now tonie? as i am curious i am 5 '11 and 210 with probably 25% body fat or so
i just started my Test C only cycle and been on a clean diet, when did u start to notice changes in your body on the cycle?
And my problem is i lift hard and heavy 5 days a week isolating one body part per day, but dont add cardio into the figure
Starting tomorrow i am def gonna hit some cardio after my weight workout :)
Will u still shed on a Test C cycle with a proper diet?

Thanks Matt! I noticed Tren E kicking in at week 3 and 4.. .. At first it was little things like a few veins popping out here and there and noticed I was getting more reps in on sets. Visually at about week 5 is when I started seeing dramatic changes. At the time my diet wasn't fully spot on, yet everyday I looked in the mirror I was leaner and bigger. It's almost impossible for me to notice changes on a personal level... I didn't see my family from week 2-6 and on week 6 I went to a family event and people wouldn't stop complimenting me on my physique.. getting good feedback from people who havent seen you in a while is a good sign you're doing it right! LOL

I would guess my BF% is aound 17 or 18%.. I carry almost all of my fat in my mid-section. I'm down about 6 lbs from those photos. I'll pot some new ones up next week guys!
