My little brother has serious potential I think... Pics

I am banned!
He's around 30 years old. Has worked out hard, but not in the past 2 years (at all)

He's 6-0 about 230 I'd guess around 15% bf. Never touched any AAS ever.

His schedule has opened up and were gonna start working out together. I'd like to juice him up, but not sure he's open to it.

His strengths :

Very athletic (slam dunk in HS) I've seen him jump into the back of a semi trailer with a 5-0 fiberglass ladder in his hand

Huge forearms(like mine) ... Thanks Dad!
Naturally lean with good metabolism(can cut easily)

Weaknesses:

Smallish legs: hardly ever worked legs hard
Narrowish shoulders

He's a big boy for sure!! Looking not to shabby at all for 2 years no training. You should get him on a cut (possibly with 3J?) and lean him out more. I don't think he's 15%. Probably more like 18ish. But that's just a guess.

Given the amount of time off he's had he may even recomp slightly on a cut - gain a small amount of muscle. It's totally possible, especially if he hasn't been consuming much protein in his 2 years off. Spend 8-12 weeks leaning him out, with a 2 week maintenance period in the middle, then give him 4-8 weeks at maintenance for his brain to adjust to the new body comp-osition. This should also give him enough time to strengthen connective tissue before using AAS (trust me - you don't want to hop on with weakish tendons!!)

Also have the double whammy of giving him a goal to work towards. Once he's finished his cut + maintenance he gets the reward of using AAS. I'm sure you know what your doing well enough to guide him through his first cycle. You could also get him to sign up here to educate himself more before he begins as well.

my 2cents :)

Carv, that brother of yours could be thick as fuck. Man if that was my brother I'd be kicking his ass everyday TO the gym. Lol, he is a big ole boy, damn throw a couple serious natty years and diet, THEN the sky could be the limit.

This is, I don't know if he wants to be huge. It'll be fun to work out together though regardless. Maybe we'll get some pics taken together when we get going.
He be someone to reckon with about 240 lbs @10%

I would start with a natural cut for a few months and see where he is after that. I bet he looks good down around 10 or 12. I would have to agree, his bodyfat is higher than 15 right now.

Look into MCT oil is is great for cutting. Keep him natural for at least 8 months. It doesn't look like he needs gear. Just a good diet plan and training program and time.

I've heard about mct oil. Actually just bought some online. I'm still researching it's usefulness and dosage.
Can you tell me more about it? Pm is fine
