You are going to have to up the calories a bit, unless you are one of those who have no trouble gaining weight. Try to eat clean all year long it is a good habit to form but up your calories, more eggs, more meat, more milk. I have managed to accomplish a significant weight gain while keeping fairly lean by taking my regular diet, upping the quantities a bit and the key to bulking has been to add an entire gallon of whole milk every day. It may seem like a lot but it is possible if you drink a glass here and there throughout the day.

I will give you an example what I ate today this is fairly typical for me now that I am bulking.
Wake up- make protein shake with Optimum 100% Whey chocolate mint and a large glass of whole milk
Breakfast- 3 to 4 eggs and a peanut butter sandwich, coffee
On way to work a Joyride protein bar 30 grams of protein
At work another breakfast in our company cafeteria--2 eggs and 3 strips of bacon
Late morning snack-2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch Stuffed green peppers, vegetables, potatoes with cheese, bowl of soup, small ham sandwich and a brownie
Late afternoon peanut butter sandwich and 2 hard boiled eggs
Early dinner 5 egg omelet with feta, spinach, peppers and italian sausage
Late dinner 3 homemade tacos with lean pork and a protein shake
Late snack protein shake and some beef jerky
This is my diet --along with this I consume a gallon of whole milk throughout the day. This diet has given me some awesome results. However you made need to adjust it due to schedule, metabolism and activity level. Work out hard and remember to squat heavy and due heavy deadlifts.

I guess I would have to say mesomorph, fairly broad shoulders and I carry a lot of weight in my legs.

What would be a good diet for a endomorph. I really need to pack on the pounds
