Just wanted to post really quick on breakfast and what I started doing.
Up until recently I've been cooking 4 eggs every day to eat for breakfast. With a bowl of oatmeal, banana, 1 scoop of whey isolate w/ skim milk. Well, I got sick and tired of making the eggs so a few days ago I just threw all of this shit into the blender that I've been eating. All I can say is I'm glad I decided to do this. With all the shit thats in the blender I cant taste raw eggs whatsoever, which is great because I loathe cleaning up the damn skillet every morning.
4 large eggs, 1 scoop of whole rolled oats, 1 banana, 1 scoop chocolate whey isolate, 4-6oz of skim milk and and handful of ice cubes. Hell of a liquid breakfast.
