Hi all. Im new to the site and blown away from the amount of knowledge and experience here! Im 38 and Ive been in the gym my whole life and ive learned more in a week reading posts here than the entire last 23 years listening to the same gym rats. Not only is there a ton of experience here but some of the stickys are more informative and detailed than ive seen since college. Anyways, thanks for having me! I feel like I just found my new home.
